Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives.
We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm.
Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway.

Our work
Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

The company that did the work were really great, minimum disruption with speedy installation. The men were respectful, pleasant and clean workers, they didn't stop until the work was done. The follow up inspection was speedy and informative. So pleased that the work has been done and done so well.

Everyone has been kind, friendly and helpful from the initial assesment to the final fitting of the central heating and the inspection. We did have a small blip with the first set of fitters who arrived, this was due to flooring issues, and we had to put the fitting back a couple of days. It was all sorted out pretty quickly A team of fitters came from Dundee and they were excellent, very courteous, friendly and mindful. We have been well informed throughout and right up to the final inspection we have had first class treatment. Thankyou

Oct 22,2024WARMWORKS!!! 30th September 2024 Absolutely no complaints. From the material (radiators & piping) being delivered on the Friday, carpets turned back on the Sunday, the New Radiators fitted on the Monday and carpets back down on the Tuesday. All went like clockwork. The old radiators etc were even uplifted the next morning. From start to finish the men were great. Must thank you all for all your hard work in doing such a professional job. Mrs Kerr.

The initial conversations I had prior to the installation were friendly and informative. I was kept up to date regularly and reassured in regards to any disruptions that may arise. There were no disruptions, everything went smoothly and according to plan. The equipment was delivered exactly on the chosen day and time. The installation of the new boiler was smooth and efficient, my carpets were protected throughout. The team carrying out the work were friendly and professional I cannot praise them enough.
