I was kept up to date by email and phone about the central heating to be installed. I rang if I was not sure about anything. Great service and everyone arrived when they said they would. Job done in one day. Very professional.
Friendly and great service. Very fast and had the job done in no time. Was shown how to work the timer etc. Carpet fitter came next day to lay the carpets back down and the inspector also came the following week. Very happy with the overall service.
I am an 80year old woman and get nervous speaking to people etc. However Warmworks always made me feel confortable and allowed a friend to be an additional contact. This was excellent for me as I do not answer phone calls where I do not recognise the number. If i did not answer they called my friend and this made the process seemless. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
This seemed way too good to be true. It’s True! So happy with my new warm house! Thank you all.
Very nice guys spent 2 days in my home worked very hard, was a wee bit of an upheaval but well worth it, I now have a complete new central heating system, new boiler, new radiators in every room, plus new smoke and heat alarms, Im impressed, house now very warm and seems to be very economical.
All work carried out was to a very high standard. The tradesman turned up at a pre arranged time on time and were extremely tidy and hard working
Very happy with all the work carried out by all tradesmen..very polite and just got the job done..also very grateful I was eligible for the grants scheme.. making a big difference to my house which will be more cosier come the winter months ahead..
Fantastic from start to finish, work completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption, a very big thank you!!
From the start the surveyor, the workers you carried out the work,ie central heating installer, Electricaln and floor insulators up to and including final inspector, all were first class ,neat tidy and polite, very pleased with outcome.thanks
I have to say from my very first phone call to Warmworks, to my installation date everyone was so helpful. The firm that installed my new boiler were very informative, and good workers. I can already notice the difference the new boiler has made to the heating in my home. My grateful thanks to everyone involved including the Scottish government for this wonderful gift.
Would have given 5 stars but the flue on boiler wasn't sealed and the gas pipe wasn't clipped properly also could have been given better instructions on how too work boiler when you consider we are both over 70 years old.
City Technical did an excellent job installing a whole new heating system in one day. However, that was the ned of a long and stressful process of dealing with warmworks and the significant preparations that were needed for the work to take place. We were originally offered loads of work but over time were left with the heating system replacement alone. Most frustrating was the denial of under floor insulation which was our main original motivation for getting involved. I copy my appeal against this decision below (which was rejected). "My understanding is that you are proposing that work to insulate my property be cancelled because an assessor has said that it not possible to install an extractor fan into our upstairs bathroom. I would this decision, which feels very unreasonable, to be reviewed. The main reason that it is hard to heat our property is the lack of underfloor insultation and addressing this was the main reason I approached the scheme. We were informed during the initial assessment that we would need a complete replacement of our heating systems including pipes and boiler. To do this requires that we lift and replace hard wood flooring on both levels of our tenement property. Making arrangements for this and finding contractors who might take on the work has been difficult and time consuming. The decision to proceed with the whole works has been hard given the significant scale of works involved that we are required to undertake for the pipe work and the significant disruption this will bring. However, having just identified a willing flooring contractor I was stunned to be told that the underfloor insulation was being removed from the scheme of works. This is extremely frustrating after three months of back and fore while negotiating various obstacles. When the survey was done for the extractor fans the surveyor said there was not enough room for an extractor due to the positioning of the window in that bathroom and he also referenced the lack of ready electricity supply. If you insist on this room having an electronic fan for the work to proceed then I would like the survey to be repeated and alternatives to be proposed. I personally question what difference a fan in the upstairs bathroom would make and would appreciate better evidence of its need. The bathroom in question is on the first floor and therefore some distance from the underfloor insulation on the ground floor. Secondly it is generally well ventilated and is also easy to ventilate when needed, given the large sash and case window in the room. While I appreciate the generosity of this scheme in supporting major works my overall experience of it has been unsatisfactory and frustrating, given the complexity of our property and the multiple contractors and surveyors we have found ourselves dealing with. This most recent decision feels arbitrary and extremely disappointing after a long and complex process over the last three months."
Made to feel comfortable by two very efficient Men got on with the job explaining everything as required
I have had a very positive experience with Warmworks and their subcontractors. All the staff have been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. The work was carried out within weeks, both efficiently and to a high standard. Warmworks have checked the final installation within the month to catch any snags. I would highly recommend them.
The end result was amazing
Very pleased with both the quality of the heaters/alarms and the installation team. I was laid low with the seasonal cold that's going about and took to my bed leaving the two fitters to get on with things which they did efficiently and effectively, finishing mid-afternoon having also completely rewired the off-peak electrical circuit (two bed flat). The follow-up inspection was reassuring. My thanks to all.
Warmworks provided all the information in their folder to help me to understand what was going to happen and leased with me over the previous week's untill the actual fitting of the boiler thank you warmworks for my boiler George Keir
Great experience from start to finish. The guys even cleaned up after themselves and all rubbish taken away.
I am very happy with my job that was done on my home. I’m holding the heat and not having to have heating on all day
