Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives.
We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm.
Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway.

Our work
Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Feb 02,2025Warmworks, Job they had done withing hours with impressive communication and made sure i was provided beautiful boiler wi new radiators, replaced pipe works would have taken days to others was done in a few hours, they were working military like disciplined boys, they were very very kind, patient, and nevermind cutting the corners they kept checking wi my self anything I wanted or needed them to do b4 they left to make sure nothing was left for me to deal wi after them, which they didnt need to and I m currently on disability on mentalhealth reasons and they were aware and very very professional job done by boys can only b described as bunch of diamonds! They came in, got the job done 20 out of 10. I cant thank them enough. Impressive team, impressive communications, military speck quality, can't b beaten by any other firm, I don't think so. If they r reading this, I would like to thank them again. Well done boys, thank u.

Feb 01,2025WAS TOLD INSIDE ROOFS WOULD BE INSULATED. Removed half my house into storage to give the men space to do the work. On the day the men can to start the work they advised that my roofs were not getting done inside, they were getting done outside. Visit from roofers at a later date and was advised that it was NOT POSSIBLE TO DO OUTSIDE ROOF. Finished work of good standards Bad communication and planning

Jan 30,2025Met Alistair and his team from Montali Energy Services. Excellent company, nothing was too much bother. We never had heating or hot water for about 10 weeks as a well known company would not fix our boiler after being a loyal customer for 49years. Alistair came along on 19th Dec and spoke to us to explain how his company would install a new boiler for us. When he reliazed that we had no heating etc, he went above and beyond to have our system fitted in the next day. I cannot recommend this company enough. Alistair sent his team the next day at 7.45am and they fitted a new boiler and 2 new radiators and were finished just after lunchtime. They tidied everything up and there was no mess. Workmen said there would be somebody come and uplift the old boiler etc and true to their word, they did. Highly recommend this company. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Jan 30,2025Warmworks were quick and proficient in installing, fitting and fixing all the nesscary jobs that was required for keeping the home warm and energy efficient highly recommended - Not confident on the after-care on the boiler. I will not be using them I’ll stick to British Gas for repairs if required.

My wife & I could not have asked for more thank you ever so much our house has never been as warm with an eye on the lower temperature settings.
