Sep 15,2023It was not made obvious at booking (save for a small pop up box easily missed) that although you bare expected to enter a collection date, there is a variance of up to 5 days. In our case, we could not get a vehicle off our driveway and despite their customer service line indicating that an urgent request would be dealt with, we waited four days after our scheduled collection date before we were mobile again! So, be prepared to wait almost a week after you have filled the skip and are anticipating collection!! Will NOT be using these people again as their customer service centre just kept redirecting me to the small 'pop up' box at the time of booking. A lesson learned from these people and will not be repeated. There is no point making you enter a collection date if it is not relevant!!
