Apr 19,2025The delivery was two days late and then I received notification that the skip would be picked up on the same day, so I had to call to get the missing days credited so I could finish the job, the young lady on the phone was very helpful however and made sure to cancel the pickup and reschedule for a later date.

The skip turned up on time and the driver rang to say he was on his way. Collection was equally easy with the driver again turning up at the time we were told. I’ve never had to hire a skip before but I would definitely use this company again.

Apr 13,2025Sadly my experience is negative - the skip was ordered in good faith - I informed the skip company what I was intending to put into the skip - the skip was not over filled - but upon collection, smashed into my neighbours wall, drove off and then claimed the skip was overfilled and refused to take it without even trying. All of which was caught on CCTV. Pay cheep - pay twice! Buyer beware!

My only problem (which wasnt from waste onlines end), my skip wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to be however after a call to the office this was quickly resolved. I spoke to two different staff members who couldn't have been nicer and made sure my skip was delivered the next day. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them again myself.
