May 14,2021Ordering the skip and paying was easy ,however we had a 5 day delay with the delivery which was annoying. During this process we were helped all the way by Magda Goncalves who went out of her way to solve our problem and kept us informed throughout. With staff like Magda I highly recommend this service, she also extended our collection date to account for the delay and arranged a discount.

Best price i could find from shopping around, the driver was professional and dropped the skip off exactly where we wanted it. They send you a text on the day of uplift as a reminder, best skip company we have dealt with (and there have been a few over the years) 5 stars all the way.

Apr 27,2021I filled out the online form to arrange a skip. Someone then rang to say they couldn't get the skip on that day it would be a week later. She said she wasnt able to cancel it then, I had to ring back. I tried to ring back but got 'mailbox full' and the phone hung up. The other number on the email confirmation was a premium number. I tried this number anyway but also got 'mailbox full'. I was then worried that this was a scam so took advice from my bank. Looking at reviews below it does appear to be a genuine company, but with shocking customer service.

Apr 23,2021Ive got to be honest but, I dont understand the "Bad" reviews for this company as this is the second time i've hired a skip from this company and they were terrific. Cost effective, proffessional and responsive, even in these times where some companies use the Covid excuse for not getting back to you. Special mention to the driver who wanted to avoid driving over a peice of grass so positioned the skip to avoid this. Thumbs Up.

Apr 23,2021If I could give no star i would have. When I booked a skip I didn't realise that this so called company was a 3rd party and if I'd have gone to the real skip company they'd supplied it would of been nearly a £100 cheaper. Do not use these people.

Apr 22,2021Waste Online came up as the (marginally) cheaper option online when looking to book a skip. Delivery was prompt and on time BUT the skip delivered was beaten down, rusty and full of holes. Not a good sign... We've since filled the skip, although with a lot of garden waste falling through the side walls of the skip onto our drive, and it was supposed to get collected 2 weeks ago... We're still waiting. We're unable to go directly to the skip supplier for information as we used waste online as our intermediary who seemingly have no leverage with their suppliers. As such we're stuck and have no recourse to resolve this. DO NOT USE WASTE ONLINE - pay a few pounds more and go direct to skip suppliers, you will have a direct contract with them and can chase them for information if things are delayed.

May 25,2021Great service from the go, I needed to make amendments to the arranged skip almost immediately due to indecisive decision makers, this was not a problem and my order amendments were made and confirmed right away. Skip arrived and was taken without my knowledge without any interruptions to my work day, couldn't ask for a smoother service. Would use again and would recommend.
