Nov 04,2023After contacting the company:who were very efficient and prompt in their response,an engineer’s appointment was made.On the day,the engineer rang me to see if he could come to remove the stairlift earlier and I agreed that was fine. He arrived and was polite and courteous.The removal was undertaken and it was taken away without any problem.The company were reliable and conscientious.

Nov 03,2023We contacted the company and had a reply straight away. The visit was organised around us. We had Nathan attend our Mum’s home today. He arrived on time, in fact he got in touch in advance to see if he could come a little earlier which suited us. He was very courteous, respectful of the property, nice and friendly. The stair lift was removed carefully and there was no damage to any of the staircase or carpet. Professional company and excellent service.

Nov 01,2023The engineer was very prompt in arriving and he phoned to notify me that he could actually be here earlier than planned which was a nice bonus. He was very efficient in removing the stair lift and said it would take about 45 mins but he was finished in about 20-25 mins. He gave me the money which was agreed with Head Office and I am very pleased that I chose We Buy Any Stairlift.
