The engineer attended on time and was an absolute gentleman, very personable and efficient. Payment was made before lift removed. Gent removed stairlift within 40 mins or so. The original supplier of stairlift wanted £150 to remove it - so I was very pleased to receive some payment instead.

The engineer came on the agreed date. He was a very nice chap who did the job within the estimated 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself so no mess. Would recommend this company.
