Jan 13,2025Our driver Nickson/Abdul was knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated well before the trip and was on time for the tour. He was a great driver and shared information about Tanzania and Mt. Kilimanjaro. He also arranged for a wonderful guide who helped us hike up to a waterfall at the base of Kilimanjaro. Our only suggestion would be to provide bottled water for clients. Thank you for a wonderful experience and teaching us to sing!

He checked in with us about the pickup time and let us know we could make adjustments if needed. He was friendly and shared some information about the country. We would highly recommend using this service.

He also shared interesting information about Rio and the sights we passed along the way. The car was spacious and clean. We made a brief 10-minute stop at a pleasant and secure shopping center near the highway, where we could buy water and stretch our legs. I would highly recommend their services."

My husband has just had spinal surgery so was in agony Driver called Roy On second trip to cruise port he had an argument in street with local taxi drivers so late leaving Was on phone all the time Drove recklessly Got lost so late at cruise port And then asked for a tip Never use them.

He had a sign with my name on it which was helpful. Other drivers there did not have a sign with names. He did walk me into the airport which was helpful.
