Dec 24,2023Driver waited with a sign although I came out late. Took us promptly to the hotel. The car however was quite worn down but maybe expected given the relatively low price of the service.

Nov 28,2023Our driver for the airport pickup was over 20 minutes late. I had to track him down through WhatsApp and he said he was almost there while we waited another 10 minutes. I then messaged him after the 10 minutes telling him I was going to cancel and he finally arrived. This is the exact opposite of scheduling a driver.

The pick up was smooth and even though the driver didn’t know English he made an effort with translation apps so that we were able to communicate. He was on time and very professional.

Jul 25,2023Arik made the five hour trip enjoyable. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m., greeted me, stored the luggage, and we were on the road. He checked in several times to see if I needed anything to drink or eat or if I was in need of the bathroom. We talked the entire time which made the hours pass by quickly.

Jun 16,2023This was my first time using WelcomeTaxi but based on this experience it definitely won't be my last. From navigating their website, ordering a taxi (once you order you are given a picture of the driver, his/her phone number and the car's license plate number) to the airport pickup and the drop off at my apartment was first class and highly professional. My driver, Nicolas, was excellent and is someone I highly recommend. Because of flight delays I didn't arrive to Vnukovo (Moscow) until shortly before 1 a.m. yet Nicolas was there, patiently waiting for me with a sign in hand. His English was quite good and I enjoyed engaging in conversation with him. He was also a very good driver; efficient, but also safe and cautious. Also want to add that after a long flight it's nice to be greeted with a smile and bottles of water waiting in the car. An excellent experience and WelcomeTaxi is definitely a company that I will reach out to again.
