Oct 04,2017We were very happy with the reliable and friendly service in St. Petersburg. We booked a ride to and from the city center from the airport at either end of our stay. When we arrived, our driver was worried that we would not get into our small hotel after hours so she went to the trouble to call them and make sure everything was OK before she drove away again. On the way back, we needed a 5:20 a,m, pickup in an area with no other taxis nearby to catch our flight home. It was good to know that we didn't have to worry about our car from Welcome Taxi not showing up. Great!

Not only are they always punctual, but Nicolai recently waited almost two hours for me at the airport when my luggage had failed to arrive. The new booking app is also very user-friendly. Highly recommended.

Was a great guy was waiting for me at airport spoke very good english told me things to do and try while in moscow and when it was time to leave i booked with welcome taxi again to take me back to airport and i got same guy again didnt mind the early pick up time i chose. Will definitely use again. Plan on goin for world cup next year debating moscow or st petersburg but welcome taxi has for both cities so im good either way and also very well priced.
