Dec 04,2017I have made reservations in advance! When we landed i received email, not even a phonecall, that they didnt have a car for me ( after i paid one week in advance)!!!!

Dec 02,2017I cannot review the conduct of the driver because actually I have never had the chance to experience it. I have been notified, when I was already on the flight to Moscow, that the car dispatched to me was out of order and they have not been able to substitute it by another one. Not serious in my opinion. Very disappointing.

Nov 01,2017The driver was not satisfactory. Despite me messaging him twice with my progress through passport control and baggage claim, he was not waiting for me when I emerged. I had to first call him, and then wait another 10 minutes until he arrived, parked illegally in front of the terminal building. My past experience was that the driver would monitor the flight and be waiting as I came through after collecting my luggage, and was parked nearby. I was not happy, after a full day of travel, to have such a poor experience late at night.
