Sep 29,2023Item was backordered for 2-3 months (item was also back ordered at most of WBW's competitors too - Continetal GP5000 S TR), but it's nice to know that Western Bike Works is on top of that. I received my item automatically as soon as it was back in stock, and received an email w/ tracking info. Additionally, I cancelled a back ordered item, and that was a smooth transaction. I've always received top shelf cutomer service from them. I always recommend Western Bike Works to my cycling friends because of the excellent customer service, quick shipping, great selection/inventory and sales.
