Feb 25,2025Told this story once before and received no reply: I am hoping for better luck this time. I ordered a Topeak Wedge seat pack. After a few days I wondered when it would arrive. I found no info on that order, no confirmation or shipping info, so I guessed I forgot to press the “place order” button. So I followed up by purchasing another one from you. It arrived in the usual short time I have become used to from you. I filled up that pack and went happily on my way. Then a second package arrived. From Jason Start. No invoice or shipping instructions enclosed. I called and tried to explain my predicament, but was told that without an order number I am out of luck. Still have that unused Wedge and the shipping bag it came in. Still want to return it for store credit. Is my luck better today? Dave Farmer

Feb 21,2025Shortly after order, a WBW rep phoned to verify size, asked if I wanted any substitutions, made sure to tell me the bike would be fully assembled, tested and then shipped. Arrived quickly as advertised. Great bike, great sales experience.

Feb 28,2025Great and fast customer service. I had a question about the cost of my order because I had some store credit but when I finished the checkout process, the screen showed an amount paid that looked like I was charged for the whole amount. I emailed Western Bikeworks right away to ask and they got back to me promptly with some screenshots showing that I was charged just for the remaining balance after store credit was applied.
