Oct 11,2024The purchasing process was easy. I thought I ordered a set of Fulcrum wheels that would fit my bike (the description was great) and they do. The only issue i had was finding a speed sensor magnet that would work with the Fulcrum Center Lock rotor and my Domane+. Western Bike Works did not have a solution for me. But their support people found one on a manufacturer's web site that works great.

Dec 15,2024Gloves I received were not same as those pictured on the website, as these have an ugly pink stripe. I was only given a store credit as these were "a closeout" apparently. You have your gloves back and can sell them again, and I now sadly only a store credit which I do not want. A disappointing transaction which will make me wary in the future.
