Aug 03,2021Very happy with service, shipping, merchandise available online, etc. Not so happy with the quality of the Assos bibs I received. That is unusual for this brand. But it’s a minor issue. No reflection on western bike works and will definitely buy from them again

Aug 03,2021Western is always great. Miss the store set up where you can try on gear but otherwise, always satisfied. The service is excellent, returns have always been easy and prices are good. Much thanks to Tommy for this particular purchase. Friendly and patient with my return and for bringing me several bib options to try on before I found the best one for me. I felt bad asking, but he was fine. Thank you.

Jul 24,2021This is going to sound like my last review, but again, I'm totally satisfied with my purchase (cheapest price), and shipping. I ordered Oakley EV lenses on a Wednesday, and had the product on Friday, all with normal shipping. The price on the lenses was $26 cheaper than Oakley had them on their website, and any other site on Amazon. I'm not sure how they do it, but WesternbikeWorks prices on sunglasses is the lowest I've found.

Jul 23,2021left some shoes in my cart during a sale... a few weeks later got an email, saying i left something in my cart; i opened it up, but it wasn't on sale anymore. I replied to the email and Westernbikeworks granted the sale price to me!
