Dawn is just who you want to deal with when you have an issue, she is friendly, lovely to speak to, understanding and very helpful. The prompt follow up emails and texts made sure we knew what was happening. Richard, who came to do the repair, is a lovely gentleman, courteous, professional, friendly and respectful. We were very happy with the work he did and felt comfortable to have him in our home. I would definitely recommend West Yorkshire Windows after care service.

Oct 09,2024Good comany with good communication , door fitting exeptional , survey not so good guy was grumpy and rude , look like he is not interested with work at all . Lady seller from other hand very knowledable and helpful . Doors are solid and made with high quality material with very good lock with 10 years guarantee,but they are overpriced only use this company as I need doors fast and they been local with fast respond and I have no time to shop around much .Overall strong 4 .
