Jun 05,2024Very good to deal with from ordering to aftercare. There were a few problems during and after installation but these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. One of the fitters went above and beyond, keeping us informed with issues during installation. Very happy with finished job.

Jun 03,2024When our 10 years old conservatory developed a misted up window a quick call to Dawn who asked for a photo of the location so they could work from the original plan within 10 days we received a call to arrange for fitting . Excellent service and no charge thank you.

May 26,2024We have had an extension added to the back of our house for the kitchen. Although wyw don't normally do kitchens everyone was really helpful and understanding of what I wanted. They got it through planning when it was an unusual size. Wyw have been brilliant whenever I have raised anything that I had noticed. Thanks to everyone.We also had a front porch built at the same time which is also brilliant.

May 22,2024From start to finish I have had no problems at all with West Yorkshire Windows. They have kept me informed all the way through the process. A special thanks to Jase and Rob the window fitters/installers. They did an excellent job, really professional and worked non stop from start to finish. They took away all the rubbish and cleaned up really well. I’m very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use again. UPDATE: After being really pleased with the windows, I did notice afterwards that when they took the scaffolding down I noticed there were 3 cracked tiles on my extension which were not there before. I did speak to the company and sent emails and photos of the cracked tiles which they said they would look in to. Unfortunately they have not got back to me. I spent a lot of money on having the windows and doors replaced, and replacing 3 cracked tiles would have been easily done by them. I have had to pay for a roofer to replace these myself as one of the cracked tiles were quite bad and I was worried re leaking.

May 21,2024I write this review with hesitance as The installation was 1st Class and the Quality is excellent. However this was all sadly let down by a poor sales team and Customer service following the work. We were initially promised 6 keys for our door (Which We later found out the Sales Rep shouldn't have promised as industry standard is only 3 Keys) The Customer Service team then recommended that we go to ULTION and gave us a link quoting it would cost £24 for an additional 3 x Keys, Which we thought was reasonable, Later to discover this would be 3 x the cost !! We took the issue back to West Yorkshire Windows and that is when they became evasive..... Blaming us for not reading small print to a contract which was only dispatched to my email after the door was installed. Read your small print as this Company will take every advantage of you otherwise. We spent approx £2600....... To a Company that does not care about its customers. Lesson learnt

No hard sell, communication throughout first rate, and Sam and Oliver the fitters couldn't have been more obliging - finished the job well within the allotted time and left the house immaculate inside and out.

May 16,2024The 3 year old composite door was difficult to shut. Engineer attended and fixed it perfectly. He demonstrated how I can adjust the door using an allen key in the hinges if it happens again. Excellent service, very efficient and at the agreed time. Thank you.

May 15,2024Really good customer service by the window/door fitters. As the scaffolding didn’t arrive as expected the days before they assured me the work would be completed as planned. When the scaffolding arrived a couple of hours later and I explained it could not be left up as we were going away after completion of the work the office people arranged for it to be removed the same day. All work completed on the day and no mess left behind. One very happy customer!

Jun 11,2024The Sales Team in the showroom were very helpful but certainly not pushy at all, from the initial estimate everything was fully explained and we were kept update appropriately. Fitters were very good and worked round us in the home to minimise any disruption. Would highly reccomend
