Once more Carl Farrar came to my home, He listened carefully, helped me to find the correct possible options and was very patient whilst I made up my mind. Excellent service and I am delighted with my choice. Brilliant!!!

Sep 02,2024We have had trouble with the shattering of some of the units which was a concern for us. However the follow up service from West Yorkshire windows has been great. Dawn at customer services and Richard and Neil who came to replace the windows were all professional and helpful. Dawn was supportive, reassuring and helpful. And Richard and Neil were friendly, hard working and helpful replacing the windows and sorting out a further issue. The only issue was the wait for the units which is why I graded a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The staff and support from West Yorkshire Windows I would grade a 5.

All the staff both in the office and technical were very friendly and helpful and the fitting team, as well as the above, took great care in our home and left no mess. The quality of the product is exceptional and when we later had a small problem it was resolved the same day. I would highly recommend.

Aug 29,2024Had a replacement conservatory roof fitted in July 2021 by West Yorkshire Windows but some problems developed after 3 years, with several of the cap ends on the roof needing replacing. Got in touch with their Customer Services team and in spite of this not being a big job I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to get the problem fixed as part of their after sales support. Problem solved and just like new - great after sales service!

Aug 24,2024This is a review for the sister company, Trent valley windows. We were happy with the service from start to finish. During the planning phase we were able to see what the final product would look like. The installation went very smoothly and the product has a nice finish. This review only doesn’t receive 5 stars due to the 3rd party scaffolding company failing to turn up and I wasted a day staying in for them

The quality of the door is excellent and Chloe gave us lots of options of colour and design. Would use West Yorkshire Windows again for more work. Really pleased with the whole process.

Sep 25,2024I contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote to replace the windows after seeing the very positive reviews online. Chloe came to visit to discuss the quote and she was extremely helpful, giving plenty of advice on things I had not even thought about and providing ideas on what may or may not work in terms of window configurations. I had other window companies out to provide quotes and she was by far the most helpful, discussing aspects of the windows which other sales consultants had completely overlooked. Whilst I have not proceeded with the order on this occasion due to other priorities on the house, I will certainly consider West Yorkshire windows when looking to replace the windows in the near future, in large part due to the great customer service provided by Chloe.
