I was impressed with west Yorkshire windows because they did everything when they said they would on the dates they said they would they called back and contacted me when they d said they would. They did not chase and hound me for a decision so happy all round I would recommend them to you with out hesitation.

Jan 19,2018Obtained a quote from a knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales advisor. He took time to explain the product in detail and provided a quotation for some replacement windows. He was not in the slightest pushy for an order. Having obtained alternative quotes they were not the cheapest but certainly instilled me with the most confidence in their product and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company.

Jan 19,2018from ordering to completion everything went very smoothly the workmen arrived on the day as agreed and did a lovely job of removing the old sliding doors and fitting the new french doors.they were very clean and tidy and removed all the old waste materials. they explained how to operate and maintain the doors.we are very pleased with the work carried out. would recommend.

Jan 18,2018Everything sub contracted out!!! Only the roof fitters were from West Yorkshire Windows which they fitted incorrectly causing damp in the Guardian roof !! Which they firstly claimed it must be something we have to do differently ( as claimed by Peter Bowles). This has finally been rectified after the 3rd visit as the previous people didn’t know how to sort it and only guessing what needed to happen. From the start they asked for more money as the sales person and survey hadn’t seen that conifers needed removing for the foundations and if we didn’t pay they couldn’t do our work which we had signed up for !!!!! 2 people had been to see And never said a word !!!! All the sub contract people we had on site talked about how unorganised the company was!! If we had know from the start we would have chosen a different company. Now after complaining we have been offered an insulting £100 good will offer after spending thousands !!!

Jan 17,2018I would highly recommend WYW from initial enquiries to installation and beyond. I had full house doors, windows and fascias replaced. Everything was fully explained and easy to understand. The choice of products is brilliant and WYW are happy to advise what options are available. All the staff are friendly but professional as well as been respectful of my home. I was always advise in advance the names of the workers who would be attending. All the products are guaranteed and have a great after care service. I haven’t had to use this but wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if I needed to. 5* and 100% customer services

Jan 16,2018Fantastic early Christmas present for my little girl who will be 2 in March. Very professional and friendly salesperson. Self cleaning windows are fab, Fitted and finished in an efficient manner with daily communication to let me know what trade would be in on what day and what they would be doing. Excellent quality product, looks great and the underfloor heating is so good when I'm coaxed into sitting on the floor to play with toy animals! Will be returning to have new windows and doors in a couple of years!

All the crew who came to our house were very friendly and polite. Contact with the company was easy at all times. Everyone arrived when they were due and on time. Jan 16,2018I recently had a new composite back door fitted. My house is an old cottage and the door was of a smaller height than normal and it was difficult to find a company that was reasonably priced and able to accommodate such an unusual size. The door looks lovely, it is a gorgeous green colour, which suites the surroundings. West Yorkshire windows staff were very helpful and explained the various choices very well. The new door has also made a difference with the warmth inside the house as there are no draughts, even though the frame is fitted to uneven stone mullions.

Jan 16,2018West Yorkshire Windows have completed three projects for us, each of which we're really happy with. We have their triple glazed units which have made a massive different to the heat in the house and the amount of noise we hear from the road. The sale person (Dave Barrow) really knew his stuff and was able to explain multiple options to us with the pro's and con's for each. The whole sales process was better than I expected and there was no pressure to buy. The quality of the products are great (otherwise we wouldn't have been back three times) and the quality of their bi-fold doors is far superior to the other bi-fold doors we have had fitted by another company.

Jan 28,2018I had a new tiled roof fitted to my conservatory ( that West Yorkshire Windows, built 5 years ago. ) I am very pleased with the work done, they also fitted a bay window at the front of my bungalow. ( I love it, it gives the bungalow a good kerb appeal ) I am very pleased with the jobs & work they carried out for me, and I would recommend them.
