Aug 17,2018Returned product and had to pay $300 of my own money to ship back plus they kept a 30% "restocking fee". Was not told until AFTER I paid them 4595.00 that They need envelope and letter requirements. STILL waiting on my refund weeks later:( Very sad and bad experience. Do yourself and your company a favor and go elsewhere. Some of the review are spewed.

Aug 09,2018I received a personal phone call from Layla the day after placing the order letting me know that the shipment would be delayed slightly. I was quite surprised to hear a real human voice ask me if that was OK. As it turns out the item was shipped even sooner than anticipated. I don't recall ever receiving a HUMAN voice call from an on-line retailer. And, I saved almost $200 over other vendors offering the same item! Indeed, I will consider Whitaker Brothers in the future!

Aug 02,2018I have only used the folder once, except to get it set up to fold correctly, but it worked wonderfully! I use it to fold church bulletins, so it is just one fold of an 8.5" x 11" sheet. But it folded the sheet perfectly in half!! I'm so pleased. The old folder just wouldn't fold the paper straight, no matter what I did to it. I look forward to many years of good service from this machine.

Jul 27,2018We needed a new cord for our folding machine and could not find one. We ordered a new machine on line from Whitaker. Shortly after finalizing the order I received a call from them. They wanted to make sure that the machine I ordered fit my needs and would do what I needed. I told Doug that we had a similar machine and just needed a cord. He then worked with their parts people and found me a replacement cord. He then cancelled my order and sold me just the cord, saving me about $300. I did not know of Whitaker in the past, but they will be a first stop next time I need something. That customer service was EXCELLENT!!
