Jul 05,2018The shredder was delivered so fast, it got to me before the tracking number. I was impressed. Love the shredder. Nice size basket, Anti-jam feature is effective and appreciated. I really like the fact it can run continuously. If I ever need another one I would order from Whitaker Brothers without reservation.

Jun 29,2018Our business has a Whitaker Brothers shredder, but we purchase shredder bags maybe once a year or less. We have an online account, which I was unable to log in to, even after requesting the automated password reset (which was sent to me, but the website kept repeating it was an invalid password). The first time I called, wanting to just make a credit card purchase of the bags over the phone, the customer service rep told me to use the website, saying I could just check out without needing to log in. She implied it would be easier. Probably for her, as she then muddled her way through their website with me on the phone, trying to show me how to look up the correct bag number to order. I got to the information faster than she did, and it seems she didn't quite know the best way to look up the information. She eventually told me the WRONG product number, saying, "Those should work." This, as I'm looking at the correct bags on my own screen! I got off the phone with her, put the correct bags in my cart (the site was easy to navigate, that's a plus), and found I could NOT check out without logging in to an account. First customer service rep: 0 stars. I called back, got a different rep, and explained things. She first re-sent me a password for the account (their system was also quick to send automated emails). This password failed to work as well, and she then proceeded to take my order over the phone, thank goodness. Smooth and quick. She also promised to look into the password issue. Which she did, emailing me about her progress that day and the next. It seems something is messed up in their system with our email address (my words), and they would need to make a new account with a new email. Not the solution I want, but I believe she did as much as she was able. Second customer service rep: 5 stars. Got the bags in a week, they fit, and they are very sturdy.

Jun 27,2018Cutter was delivered to us fully assembled but incorrectly (crooked) and will not cut through paper in a straight line. If I am spending over $600 on something, I am counting on that product to live up to the description expectations. Cutter was delivered in a timely fashion. Cutter does cut through large stacks of paper with ease-just not straight.
