Jun 20,2018The envelope opener we purchased is extremely fast - but so fast the envelopes don't stack properly and go flying in every direction. It would be nice if there were a way to slow it down a bit to keep this from happening. It does do an excellent job of opening the envelopes, however.

Jun 19,2018Placed the order; order confirmation indicated it would ship in 4-5 days. Called customer service and asked to have the ship date moved up. Was told that could not/would not happen. Received unit 2 days later. We are absolutely thrilled with the shredder!

Jun 19,2018June 19, 2018 Ordered 2 products on June 8. Received an email saying I would receive a tracking number when shipped. One product showed up, I did NOT receive a tracking number. I called on June 18 and emailed also about the other product. I did receive an email saying it was shipped today (June 18)....no tracking number yet.
