I had an issue with delivery of an order, called Whitaker and spoke with a gentlemen named Abraham Marroquin. Mr. Marroquin informed me that the delivery was made, he was able to get a copy of the signed receipt and send the same to me. As it turns out it was delivered and was completely an error on our part. When I apologized about the confusion (on our part not Whitaker) he couldn't have been any nicer, telling me no worries he was happy to help. I would not hesitate to order from this company again as I feel their Customer Service went above and beyone. Thank you
Price and service were great! Product was just as expected and shipping updates were very helpful.
Product arrived damaged. I was asked to take pictures and asked for an RMA to send back. I was told you do not take defective product back and that since this was drop shipped from manufacturer they will send replacement parts to fix the issue. In essence it is demonstrated you do not care for your customers and are comfortable shipping defective products. I send follow-on emails to customer service which have gone unanswered. The product I have purchased was ~$1,300, not cheap. Would reasonably expect a working product upon arrival.
So far, so good. I ordered an item and a couple of days later received a call from Whitaker Brothers offering me an option to cancel due to the item not being available until late October/early November. I truly appreciated the call; however, I was in no rush to obtain the item Immediately. I was really impressed that I did not have to initiate the inquiry. End result: Item is on backorder and I will wait another 5-7 weeks (which is okay with me). Only downside: I paid with Paypal so my credit card was charged at the time of purchase. If all goes well, and I expect no glitches, this seller does customer service correctly. We’ll see how this goes in upcoming weeks.

I would love to give a better rating, but evidently my standards have changed during this time of online ordering and Amazon. I received a receipt when I ordered my supplies on 9/15. I did not get a shipping order, I have not received any other correspondence, and I have not received my supplies. BUT today I get a 'rate your experience' email? How do I know until I actually get my supplies? I feel totally in the dark and, at this point, am just really hoping I wasn't charged for nothing...
Order was easy and product was delivered quickly
I originally contacted Whitaker with a question about the manufacturing location of a particular HSM shredder. I quickly received a response. I decided to purchase the machine and requested a quote. Again, the response was speedy. The price was competitive and I ordered the shredder. It arrived within a few days in undamaged condition (it had been well-packaged). Feel confident in dealing with Whitaker.
Shipped the next day with free delivery. So far the machine works as it should. Light duty office mailings.
After Amanda sent me more pictures it is working fine.
