May 18,2020Ordered a Shredder on Thursday, 5/14. Received an almost instant phone call from a live person wanting clarification on my receiving capabilities. Then a confirmation email. Saturday, 5/16 received shredder which works great. PS; price was about 10% less than Amazon Prime. A HAPPY CUSTOMER who will use Whitaker Bothers again and recommend to my associates.

May 02,2020Ordered a shredder for a birthday present. After a couple of weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything. Left a message for Abraham. He never called me back. A week later I called again. The girl that answered the phone transferred me to Wanda. She looked up my order and said it had just shipped. She sent me the tracking a while later. Thank You Wanda. Would feel anyone would recieve better service elsewhere.

Jun 20,2020This would have been 5 stars except that I wasn't given any kind of tracking, or any notice that it was on its way, in order to be sure I was there for the delivery. Other than that, the service was fast and the product was boxed well for the shipping. Price was lower than elsewhere, too.
