Feb 26,2022sent three items to be repaired to Wilkinson's Burnley Nikon 24-120 £107 repair bill asked for a report of job took 3 emails to get one and it does not warrant the cost Sigma 150-600 repair quote £270 approx. then £370 got them to return it sent to sigma repaired for £79 inc delivery and transport. Still cost me £20 just for Wilkinson's to look at it i sent in Nikon d810 quote £270 approx. still waiting after weeks they are waiting for parts when will i get it back who knows and will it be fixed. what a extortionate quote for the 150-600 that means i have probably been over charged for the repair of the Nikon lens and d810 camera I feel I have been robbed by what once was a reputable company i will never trust this company again for repairs, saying all that Brian who works in the shop has been fantastic and helpful he must be annoyed at the way its gone but cant say. Do not use this company for any repairs

Jan 17,2022I purchased a 16-35mm lens which came in it's original box. I don't think there was enough packaging inside the box as the lens was moving about. It didn't help that Parcel force had damaged the outer box and got the package wet. They had patched up the parcel but the lens box was wet and damaged. For something that cost £700 I'd expect a bit more care.

I placed my order during the extended Christmas holiday weekend and two days, so I knew that I wouldn't get my kit until nearer the end of the week. Sure enough, the first working day saw my dispatch notification, and the following day DPD rolled up with a box for me. A great product with a free extended warranty and excellent service.
