First class service, my new Nikon binoculars arrived quickly & well packaged.
Another 5 star buying experience. Couldn't fault Wilkinson's last time I bought from them (they went above and beyond searching for my chosen product) to this time receiving my lense within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The staff at the Southport store are superb; friendly, knowlegeable, attentive and helpful - a treat dealing with them.
I bought the Nikon Monarch 5 10x42 binoculars, as Wilkinson had a very competitive price. I got them from here as they have a real UK presence, and promptly answered a query that I had before I purchased them. The binoculars are excellent and light, although have a slightly smaller field of view than some, but is hardly noticeable.
Ordered some Christmas pressie. As I find it hard to personally shop.so did it on line. Arrived next day, well packaged and was kept informed through the delivery pathway. Excellent service would recommend to anyone.
Purchased a MeFoto tripod from their Ebay shop. By far the cheapest available online. At this price they only had it available in black which was the colour I wanted anyway. Purchased Monday morning and the tripod arrived (very well packaged) (free post) the very next morning! I buy lots of camera equipment online so I'll definitely look here first for future purchases.
I went into the warrington branch a couple of weeks ago to try a camera. I went in today, to try a different camera, after a friends suggestion, and the staff were incredibly rude, and forced me to leave.
Was going to buy an expensive Canon L lens from their Warrington Branch. I told them I could get it from another shop for £50 cheaper (which would require a 40 minute drive) and they said they couldn't do anything - and even went on to say if I mentioned it straight away they wouldn't have bothered showing me the lens. Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!
This is the only company i use for my photographic gear. Their prices may not be the cheapest but im happy to pay that little bit more to guarantee the best service. Staff are usually very knowlegeable and eager to help.

Jun 06,2017Place the order for a drone (GoPro karma),turned up to be one with problems,send it back asking for replacement they said " we don't have in stock"(on website was "in stock". cancelled the finance,soon after that they find out the drone have problems. Very rude people on live chat,the first one didn't say even hi or bye... After all of these they told me we have a drone in stock,so you need to reorder/reapply for a finance and do all the stuff again..unprofessional,they are not able to solve the problems without creating more discomfort and disappointment for the customers!
