Nov 27,2021I ordered an Insta 360 remote and as soon as the order was processed I received an email saying it was globally out of stock. When the item was back in stock they gave me a ring to check everything was good and sent it out straight away. Great comms and customer service!

Oct 15,2021Amazing customer service - very knowledgeable!! I made two visits to the Southport store and on both occasions the staff were super helpful and showed me exactly what I needed. They helped me decide on what camera to buy and gave me a good price for my used camera. Adam went one step further and gave me some additional advice on what computer I would need for editing. I will be back to these guys for my lenses and I would recommend them to anyone else who needs a little support when purchasing their equipment!!

Oct 12,2021This has been one of my better buying experiences in recent months. Other companies show items on their websites they don't actually have in stock. There was none of that here. Then they never send a confirmation email, leaving you to wonder what's going on. Here I had the email within minutes, followed quickly by a second email giving me a delivery date. I even had to push back the delivery by a day because I hadn't expected it that quickly! Full marks. This is how it should be done.

Sep 30,2021Looked for a Panasonic compact and the camera was in stock and was lowest cost. It also included a 2 year warranty, which other shops didn't. Special half price deal to extend to 4 years, so I took that. Camera was delivered very quickly. Everything OK and intact.
