Terrible customer service. Ordered item mid December it hasn't arrived and nobody is responding to my emails. I appreciate the postal strikes and problems with Evri but at least maintain contact.
Still haven’t received my refund after 20 days!
I had a problem with a zipper on a coat that they supplied. The returns procedure was simple and hassle free. even though the postage strike delayed the said return of the item, once received by Woodhouse, a replacement was sent back to me, via the courier. It was turned around in two days. When I spoke to two of the staff, Chris and Aimee, they were most polite and extremely helpful. A great company to deal with.
I ordered off the App. Really easy to use and even a discount for first use. My order came much sooner than expected and was in tip top condition. Range and choice of clothes is excellent.

Two pairs of Fred Perry socks were delivered but a day late. Tracking went awry but the items arrived safely. FP socks are not cheap and although I bought the largest size (9-11) - based on previous experience - it’s disappointing that my 8.5 size feet are a squeeze.

I ordered my jacket on the 21st of December and I’m still waiting for delivery. I still don’t know when I am going to receive the jacket. Poor service.
