The returns procedure was simple and hassle free. even though the postage strike delayed the said return of the item, once received by Woodhouse, a replacement was sent back to me, via the courier. It was turned around in two days. When I spoke to two of the staff, Chris and Aimee, they were most polite and extremely helpful. A great company to deal with.

Dec 31,2022Two pairs of Fred Perry socks were delivered but a day late. Tracking went awry but the items arrived safely. FP socks are not cheap and although I bought the largest size (9-11) - based on previous experience - it’s disappointing that my 8.5 size feet are a squeeze.
