Dec 24,2022Great service. Woodhouse posted straight away. Due to strikes, parcel was delayed with courier however Woodhouse were great at responding to my queries/ concerns and also chasing up delivery. Company is very professional. Parcel received by local courier who is great!

Dec 24,2022Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately Evri ( formerly Hermes) apparently left my parcel in a bin Evri sent me a photo of my parcel in a bin. I never received the parcel. This was no fault of Woodhouse Clothing I thought this would be a long drawn out process but Woodhouse Clothing acted promptly and sorted this out within hours and sent me another package using DPD which were far better. The girl I spoke to from Woodhouse was so friendly and helpful . Why on earth companies use Evri ( Hermes) is beyond me. But I would shop with Woodhouse again 100%
