Dec 21,2022Why you use Evri I will never know...my parcel hasn't moved since 17th Dec (ordered on the 14th) and I'm still waiting for my delivery... I’m beginning to think my item will not be received before Christmas which is horrendous as it’s a Christmas present! Have been in touch with you and I’m being advised it could take up to 14 days to investigate where the parcel is! No offer of a replacement. First time ordering with wood house and I think it might be the last.
