Dec 19,2022I'd love to give you more stars but while you insist on using Evri to deliver your parcels it's never going to happen...my parcel hasn't moved since 13th Dec and I'm still waiting for my delivery ... There an absolute shambles of a company and shouldn't collect parcels if there to busy to deliver them ..worked in the courier industry for 32 years and they've always been a laughing stock... Have been in touch with you and ask for a replacement to be sent out but you can't do this until Tuesday 20th so I guess I'll be in touch with you again soon...

Dec 16,2022Goods did not fit and were returned. Woodhouse send a free returns label, which is very refreshing for companies these days. Goods were refunded promptly. The only gripe i would have is the quality of the t-shirts was very poor. £60 pound each but primark has better quality for £4 each. Having said that would use again because of excellent returns policy.

Dec 15,2022Easy to navigate site with lots of choice and special offers and ease of ordering. All gifts ordered are Christmas presents so aren’t able to honestly advise on these but they look good. Delivery fast and reliable.

Dec 15,2022Great service - only downside was a big delay in the delivery and the box was bashed to pieces which is disappointing when spending £300 on a pair of boots but this is down to delivery provider DPD. Other than that cannot fault Woodhouse. App is really good too.
