Our son's school trip was absolutely amazing. Packed full of Florida fun and everything ran so smoothly. From the rides on dolphins to the snorkeling in the ocean to the amazing meals, it was truly a trip of a lifetime for him and we are grateful. Thank you!
I had a great time in DC. Saw many awesome monuments and memorials and also the Capital Building and White House which were awesome. Favorite parts were the Holocaust Museum and National Archives (as well as eating tacos). Amazing trip.
During spring break of 2024, I had the privilege of traveling to South Korea with 12 students and two fellow teachers, embarking on a journey that went beyond sightseeing—it was a deep dive into Korean culture and history. Our itinerary was thoughtfully planned, taking us from bustling Seoul to the tranquil beauty of Jeonju, Gyeongju, and even the DMZ. Each destination offered unique highlights and unforgettable moments. One of the standout experiences was visiting the scenic Boseong Green Tea Fields, where the lush landscapes were simply breathtaking. We also explored the historic sites of Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto in Gyeongju, where the serenity and beauty of these UNESCO World Heritage sites left a lasting impression. At Gyeongbokgung Palace, dressed in traditional hanbok, we felt truly immersed in Korea’s rich history, surrounded by beautiful architecture and cultural heritage. Our group also enjoyed the excitement of Everland in Yongin, where both students and teachers had a fantastic time experiencing the park's thrilling attractions. Another unique part of our trip was learning Sunmudo, a traditional Zen martial art. It was a memorable experience that offered both physical challenge and mental relaxation, adding a deeper layer to our cultural journey. Despite our package including only breakfast and dinner, every meal was so delicious and satisfying that I rarely felt the need to eat lunch! Each night, we ventured into vibrant areas like Myeongdong and Hongdae, experiencing everything from bustling markets to a classic Korean karaoke session—an absolute highlight for everyone. We organized the trip through WorldStrides, and although I initially thought the cost was a bit high, the experience delivered exceptional value. The quality of accommodations, meals, and overall organization exceeded my expectations and left me wondering how they managed to offer such a comprehensive experience. This trip left us all with cherished memories and a newfound appreciation for Korea's beautiful landscapes, cultural depth, and warm hospitality.
It was fun chillin and doin what I want fr
The company was great. We've used them a couple times now and the process has been smooth and fully thought through, from pick-up to traveling to home. They work with you to create an itinerary custom to your group and to have flexibility.
The experience was very fun because we could learn new things and other places i never went and it was very interesting and I would like to have this trip again.
I paid for the full refund option for my son's trip and unfortunately the day he was to leave he came down with the flu at the airport and could not fly. I was disappointed there was no consideration for a partial refund. I recognize that a full refund was not possible but even a 1/4 or 1/2 refund would have me feeling better about the experience and your company.
With your World Strides company I feel like we saw so much more than other companies I have gone to Washington DC with. So much was packed into our days and it was great. Josh Laskowski was wonderful! He made the trip for our 7th/8th graders.
Our tour guide in Vietnam was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very engaging.
Josh from wolrdstrides was a fantastic tour guide and he needs a promotion for his excellent work
The bus driver for my trip was phenomenal! 10/10 bus driver.
Great trip to DC for my 8th grader and class with informative and fun tour guide.
Bed bugs, kids being groped… meals skipped because there “wasn’t time”, just not good overall. Real consolation on sending future kiddos on this same trip.
What made my experience great is that I had no issues at all, I had an amazing time, and overall there weren’t any problems.
I loved that everything was planned for and well done. There is nothing that I could think of that could be changed.
She had a great time. No negative responses.
The trip overall was great. We loved our guide, Luca! Some of the hotels and group ,ears were not the best. We did see a lot and felt very safe at all times. A LOT of walking. A but too much for me. Stephanie Berger, our local leader, was exceptional.
My son thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Washington DC. The school was busy every day with very little down time. He was very impressed with their tour guide, Josh.
Robert, our tour guide, wast outstanding. He had so much knowledge at every site we visited and interacted with the kids in such a positive & engaging way! We would love to have him again on our future trips!!!
