Jan 04,2022Wrong Fuel Doctor were very helpful and clear in explaining the process. Help arrived within 30 mins and they got my petrol car (filled up with diesel) started again after about half an hour of work. Excellent service from Attila, happily recommended to anyone in need.

Dec 31,2021Attila came and sorted my vehicle today - I’d stupidly put diesel into my petrol car 🙄 he was so helpful and soon had my car sorted and back up and running - he assured me that my car would be fine as I was worried I may have damaged it ! Great service and Attila was polite and very helpful!!

They were prompt and what I was told was going to happen and the possible outcomes were laid out in a way which was very easy to understand. The price was a lot but no more than anyone else, a silly and very expensive mistake to make.

Dec 21,2021My daughter put petrol in our diesel car and we called wrong fuel doctor who had an engineer out to us within 45 minutes of calling. The engineers name was Mario and after draining the petrol from my tank he persevered for around 25/30 minutes to get my car up and running as I’d driven 40 miles with petrol in my tank so it struggled to start up again as it had blocked up my fuel filter. He got us back on the road and I couldn’t rate these guys high enough! Highly recommended and they go above and beyond. Thank you Mario! God bless you and have an amazing Christmas.

Dec 11,2021Unfortunately I put some diesel into my petrol engine car! I rang Wrong Fuel Doctor who sent Lukas to drain the tank and put in some petrol to enable me to get to a garage. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Lukas turned up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and was very efficient. I would use them again if I repeat the mistake!

Dec 10,2021I put petrol in my tank in error, we've all done it. The AA towed me to a safe place, they wanted £190.00 to come out and it will be a 2-hour wait, the fuel doctor offered the same. I was given the name of the Wrong Fuel Doctor, and Mario attended my car in 30mins at a cost of £120.00. Well recommended.

Gave some reassuring advice and left me feeling comfortable. If all your engineers are like this, I strongly recommend Wrong Fuel Doctor.

Nov 24,2021Called this service, as recommended by the staff at the Petrol station, shortly after realising I had put diesel into my petrol car. Customer services were very helpful and arranged for the engineer to come out. Joao arrived ahead of the expected time and was very courteous and professional, explaining the steps as he went along. Job done in about 30-40 mins and proce comparable to quote from my dealer, less the roadside recovery charge. Thank you Joao! :)
