Apr 07,2022Thank you very much absolutely gutted when realised I’d put petrol in my Diesel car. Quick google search came up with “Wrong Fuel Doctor”and my phone call answered within seconds. As promised Mario arrived within the hour and completely put my mind at rest he explained everything in a very calm and professional manner and did an excellent job getting me back on the road again in no time. He came across as very helpful and knowledgable. Thank you Mario and Thank you Wrong fuel Doctor no offence but hope that’s the first and last time 👍👍

He was charming, friendly and professional and explained the process and is now our new guardian angel - who we hope to never need again! Would highly recommend company, or better, suggest you don’t put the wrong fuel into your car!!

Mar 13,2022Such an embarrassing mistake - I was very upset. Attila was incredibly friendly and kind and did his best to make me feel better. He also jump started my car as the battery drained whilst I was waiting. He did all this quickly and with a smile. I had to wait over an hour and it was expensive, but literally half the wait time and money quoted from RAC.

Mar 12,2022So annoyed that I made the mistake of putting the wrong fuel in my car. Never done this before. Petrol attendant called these guys and although it was ridiculously expensive, Attila arrived within half an hour and was very professional and helpful. He drained the tank, checked the car and refuelled for me; making sure I could then drive away safely.

Mar 10,2022After being stupid enough in putting petrol in my diesel I called Wrong Fuel Doctor who told me they would be with me within the hour. After well over an hour I called again and basically they kept stringing me a long telling me an engineer was 20 mins away, then another call telling me he was 25 mins away. the engineer eventually arrived 2.5 hours late. This made what was a miserable experience and an expensive one even worse. I would never recommend this company.

Mar 06,2022One of our vans was filled up with adblue in the fuel tank Mario was there so quick and it was a tricky job but Mario persevered with it I would recommend him and the company to anyone 5 star
