He was very friendly, explained what he was doing, answered my queries, cleaned up after himself, and even gave me a jump start and made sure everything was in order, all with a friendly smile. I am 100% happy with the job he did. Thank you Mario.

Aug 18,2020They said they had drained tank but could not get vehicle started. Charged £150. Had to have car towed to a garage who looked into the problem. They found that there was still fuel in the tank and it hadn't been drained properly so that is why car wouldn't start. Garage did the job properly at a cost just over £50. So be warned get towed to a garage get job done properly. No refund full or partial given from Wrong Fuel Doctor. No apoligies received either.

May 27,2020This dude is a top notch he arrived really quick and revived the car that I was already told I must take back to the manufactural because I have been driving it for almost a week the wrong fuel in it without me knowing before the car broke down. You did a wonder . Thank you

May 04,2020It’s really unbelievable that I could do this to my self during this never ending lockdown but yet I did the obvious thing call wrong fuel doctor they were very helpful was able to locate me on a very remote road where I broke down while I was driving to supply groceries to my ageing parents, Big thanks to Paul that came to give me a lifeline

May 04,2020I waited 2 hours. The guy didnt drain the tank. Left menon the side of the road and I was charges full price. I did not expect to pay at all. They demanded full price ans ignored my subsequent calls asking for a refund. The garage who ultimately drained the tank said " to be blunt it looks like a couple of #^:!&s have had a go". I would never ever call wrong fuel doctor again. It was not the inexperienced lad who came out. It was the rude call handler and the fact that they lie in their ad. They say they can drain all vehicles but told me on arrival they dont do land rover or Ford engines(which he said it has). He said he would try. Sis not succeed and tries to start it over and over.My land rover has a Peugeot engine. I ha e had to have the car recovered and drained properly which has ended up costing me another 200 quid to repair the damage done on top of the misfuelling. Absolutely gutted that I was lied to and charged for worse than nothing.

Apr 24,2020With this current situation of Convid-19 to put the wrong fuel was the last thing I should have done nevertheless the fuel doctor guy that attended to us was very reassuring took adequate precautions and got our very back on the road. Outstanding service !
