Jun 14,2019The technician that came to sort my car was very nice, professional and helpful, so very happy with that aspect of the service. However, I was far less impressed with the office end of the operation. Was told that the technician would be with me within 60-70 minutes. 90 minutes later, no sign of him/her, so I called back and was told she would be with me within 5 minutes. She didn't turn up, and despite trying to contact the office again, no-one would answer the phone. The technician finally turned up after more than 2 hours and was absolutely great, otherwise I would not give any stars at all. Please Wrong Fuel Doctor, give a more accurate idea of technician arrival time - it was very frustrating. Total cost of £177.60 was costly for a petrol pump mistake (I realised after about 20 seconds was putting in wrong fuel, and knew better than to start the car), but at least no long-term damage was done.

Jun 12,2019I am a disabled driver after the wrong fuel was put in my disabled van I called the RAC for assistance to be told despite being a full member they do not cover putting in the incorrect fuel but could assist me by getting my van drained, being disabled stuck in a fuelling station I put my trust in the RAC sure enough someone came along from fuel doctors who promptly assisted me and got my van going. As I had not heard of fuel doctors I searched them up online to realise that the RAC that whom I had put my trust in had charged me £75 more than fuel doctors would have if called independently. I thought the RAC was there to help disabled drivers knowing the difficulties you are faced with, I am very disappointed on being charged significantly more money being disabled and on a low income. Thank you RAC, won’t be renewing with them next year.

May 30,2019Billy came out and helped me after I found myself stranded in Paisley today after filling my brothers car with unleaded instead of diesel, Billy arrived prompt and fixed my brothers car in no time, you saved my bacon from the wrath of the sibling, really impressed with the service I received! I had previously called the AA who wanted considerably more for the same job even though I am a member, keep up the good work guys excellent service ❤️
