Mar 27,2016I found the best reputable dealer price for the Samsung 65" 4K TV with ielectrica. While their website indicates they generally ship in 24 hours, they did not in my case. I emailed them in the afternoon of the 2nd business day, but never received a response. I called on the 3rd day to see what the holdup was. I was told they could not ship until they got my approval on the $159 shipping insurance fee. I reluctantly agreed and they shipped that day. The product was received a week later in good condition. The free shipping is a gimmick as the "insurance" charge appears to be the cost of shipping, so the price is no where as competitive as it appears. In addition, I emailed their customer service on another matter and never received a response, so don't bother trying to communicate by email.

I was concerned having not previously dealt with iElectrica on any purchase let alone an expensive TV that had to be shipped 2500+ miles. My TV arrived within 7-10 days and was exactly what I ordered. the delivery service called in the a.m. to confirm the time and opened and plugged in the tv to be sure it was working. I spoke with iElectrica customer service several times during their business hours and they were always helpful with information on delivery. They also helped me get some additional equipment t I wanted after the purchase. For such a big purchase, I wanted to be careful to deal with a reputable seller and after this experience so far, I would recommend to me friends so I hope this review gives you some useful feedback.
