Couldn't ship to my location so made arrangements to deliver to my son about 650 miles east of us but who I was visiting over the holidays. Shipping company they used took about a month to have the TV delivered. It actually arrived right at my visit and at a perfect time. Plus, the item was in terrific condition without a scratch on the box. If your in a hurry and not on their route, then going with iElectrica might not be for you. If not in a hurry or located on their route I would recommend them and hope your purchase arrives in as good of condition as I received.

I have never had a more horrible experience purchasing a Lg 65" Oled E8 than from Ielectrica. Ordered on November 24th and received a broken tv on December 22nd. This company, Sean in particular have absolutely Zero customer service skills. Ielectrca refused to exchange for a new tv and they refused to refund me. I had to contact my Visa card and stop payment. I had to contact the BBB to fight for me. I would encourage you to visit the BBB, they have mamy many complaints. As of January 7th I finally received a refund. I still have a broken tv I need to re-box and be home for the freight company to pick it up. If you have a lot of free time be prepared to use it if you buy from Ielectrica
I purchased an 82 inch Samsung TV December 2. The delivery company was horrible! Nonresponsive to phone calls, no call backs... they didn't even respond to the emails that iElectrica sent. I am not sure of whatever agreement iElectrica has with their delivery company but after failure to deliver the TV before Christmas, which the TV was a Christmas gift. I had no choice but to cancel the order. In my opinion iElectrica did a poor job of making up for the failures by offering a $150 inconvenience credit on December 26th with a new delivery date of January 4th. I told them that was unacceptable, keep their $150 and to cancel the entire order and give me back the cost of the TV, white glove fee, and extended warranty equaling almost $5000. It has been over a week and I have yet to get my money back even after asking for a refund multiple times.
Product was great. There was a lot of correspondence required in order to receive the product. Communication breakdown between iElectra and shipping company extended delivery.
Only complaint is that there was a 1-week delay between notice of shipment and my order being picked up by the shipper, causing me to inquire about the delay, but once it was ‘truly shipped,’ the order was delivered without issue, and I am enjoying my purchase.
On time delivery and great service. Never thought will buy an item for real for such a great lower price.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Despite being assured I would receive "White Glove Shipping" that would include unpacking and removal of packaging materials, they failed to communicate that to the shipping company, who did nothing other than make a mess in my living room so they could snap their photo of the TV turned on and leave. They also picked the worst shipping carrier (AM Transportation Logistics) who changed my confirmed 1pm-5pm delivery window to 4pm-8pm without ever telling me. This headache isn't worth the price!
good news tv came at a great price! bad news they were very cagey about WHEN i would get it 14-21 business days in NOT an answer in the 21st centuyr.
Price and delivery efficiency were great. However, I paid for white glove service and all they did was bring it in the house and turn it on. I was expecting to have the TV set up in the place I wanted it (what was promised to me by the sales guy). The delivery guys said this happens all the time - customers are told one thing but the delivery guys don't do that.
Great price, TV arrived in good condition, factory sealed box. Delivery guy made sure TV was not damaged and in working order.

I was very reluctant to make such a large purchase with an online dealer that was not a box store. I changed my mind after doing much research and reviewing all the complaints to the BBB on iElectrica. In reviewing the complaints one thing stood out to me, iElectrica responded to each complaint that was filed against them. Most of the complaints were the result of the consumer not doing thorough reseach. Yes I paid for white glove service but that means the delivery guys unbox the TV in your home and plug it in to see if the TV works. They do not take the box away nor do they set the TV up. But that;s exactly what I expected. Yes i paid for mandatory shippers insurance, however, if it were not optional i would have paid for it anyway. Yes I paid for a 5yr warranty but spent $500 less for a similar warranty offered by the big box store. The 82 inch 8k Samsung was delivered as expected and I couldn't be happier. The best part is that I spent $2,000 less than I would have spent at a large box retailer who would not price match my deal.

Ordered a TV, got a call several days later trying to upsell various items and asking for additional $$ for "insurance." Wasted my time, went to a legit dealer instead.
