Shipping large items, legitimately takes a long time because it moves as freight, so irregularly. They are a bit persistent with after sales extras, but not too much. I would certainly purchase from Ielectrica again!

Dec 07,2019I'm certain all of this company's 5 star reviews were written by it's own staff. I ordered my TV over 3 weeks ago. Rakuten took my money immediately, while the TV supposedly sat in AM Trucking's warehouse for over 2 weeks before it began moving. Ielectrica has never notified me of their delays, and their customer service is basically non-existent. Still waiting for my TV. I wish I had ordered from eBay.

Dec 07,2019TV is excellent and we saved alot of money buying through iElectrica. Paid for white glove service which we did not get - TV was just plopped in the box in our living room then the delivery guys left. Not really iElectrica's fault - more the delivery guys who didn't understand much English, even after I pointed to the confirmation email showing that I paid for the white glove service. We purchased a 65" tv, so it took my husband and I to lift it out of the box, put the stand on, lift it onto the tv stand, and set it up. Not pleased. The only suggestion would be for iElectrica to be more involved in the shipping process. Received a call from iElectrica that the tv would be delivered Wednesday, took off of work, but the tv never arrived. Called the delivery company to find out the tv was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. However, a few hours later, received a call from the scheduler that the tv was going to be delivered the next day (Thursday). There were no options to change the delivery, so I was forced to take another day off of work even though I had a scheduled meeting that day.

Dec 04,2019IElectrica is the worst website from where you can order sound-bars and TVs. Stay away, even if you have to pay a little bit more money somewhere else. People who work for the customer service are professional liars and they are very slow to ship, very slowto answer emails and finally they will cancel your order after make you wait a week without any update.

Nov 30,2019Today I had a bad experience with both Rakuten and iElectrica. Rakuten was supposed to apply a certain discount which it allowed me when I placed the order and iElectrica was supposed to confirm my phone number and address before shipping. Both did not happen and I wanted to cancel the order - They started to scare me and threaten me of $600 return shipping fees that they will charge me. Almost on phone for 1.25hrs. I am taking them to court if they charge me any fees for this.
