Jun 13,2019Hidden shipping fees that they put in the fine print on the ads. Go buy from FirstClassTVs on ebay...their orders are fulfilled by IElectrica (or maybe they are the same?), but no shipping fees.

Jun 10,2019Today a spoke with Sam from iElectrica who heard my frustrations, took responsibility for the errors and made me feel like a valued customer. I order a TV a few weeks ago and did not receive it. I was told it had been shipped but in actuality it was on back order. Today Sam called me a verified that it was indeed on back order and apologized for the miss understanding. He let me know that he would make sure I get the product as soon as possible. Through a little digging on his end, he let me know that I would be able to receive it the following day. I can not tell you what a relief it is to have a company care about it customers. I appreciate your honesty and willingness to help correct the issue Sam.

Jun 09,2019Purchase and extended offers were great. It wasn’t until the delivery co showed up with the “white glove service” that was more like “let’s hurry and get this over” service. The tv was brought in by one guy carrying it in on his back and shoulder, didn’t wait for the other to get off the truck and help. They brought it in, partially unboxed and plugged it in and said “sign here, it looks good”. I asked to take the rest of the box off to inspect the bottom of the tv and they did. Not to mention, the tv wasn’t packaged in the 10x10 crate they said it would be in; it was ratchet strapped to the wall of the cargo truck. Pretty upset with the contracted co. iElectrica has chosen to send out their products. Customer service was good each time I spoke with them though (iElectrica).

May 30,2019Was skeptical of this being a scam cause the price of the 82" tv i purchased was so good. Turns out everyrhing was legit. Communciation was great. 2 weeks for tv to arrive. One thing i noticed a lot of people complaining about was the shipping insurance. Well i found out that thats waived if purchased from ielectrica through ebay. paid price listed on ebay and that was it. No taxes added and free shipping. Very happy i decided to gamble on this cause it all worked out. Saved $900+ from what bestbuys "sale" was for the exact same tv.

May 14,2019Generally a very good experience. Price was unbeatable. Product delivered was what they advertised it to be. Delivered within 2 weeks of order which isn’t bad given the price and the delivery showed up exactly when scheduled. My only issue would be that they require you to buy delivery insurance ($200 in my case) which to me wasn’t clear on their website. Even so, it was still 30% cheaper than anywhere else I could find it so not a big deal and still a good experience.

May 13,2019Purchased w/ free shipping and was called and told additional shipping insurance fees were necessary to complete the order, at about $200. Upon doing some of my own checking, this is essentially the cost of the shipping that they are charging for "insurance." I pushed back and they said it was clearly posted on their website. They said this saves me money because insurance varies by destination and they cannot accurately predict insurance. I have never heard that before, basically they are advertising free shipping and charging you for it after you place order. I went and looked back on their website could not find this posted anywhere, so they may have it hidden on the website somewhere. I canceled order.

They also offered an extended 5 year warranty and threw in their white glove delivery service for free. Most importantly, they offered the best price around on the TV. Thank you!!
