Sep 29,2019I ordered a tv 2 weeks ago been in a shipped status with no tracking on it or letting me know when it will arrive after you got almost $3000 from me. There is no customer service. I want my tv. Update: ordered tv on Sept 14th delivered on Oct 17th. After paying shipping and handling over $300 they came plugged it in and left. Never put the stand on. I am disabled my daughter and I put it on and connected cable ourselves. They said I saved $800 when in fact was only $400. I GUESS THE WAIT WAS WORTH $400.

Sep 19,2019It is a bit challenging to order a very expensive television from an unknown supplier, especially as they are pretty much the exact same price at all retailers. I telephoned the people at iElectra before ordering but finally when ahead with the purchase/ And yes, was apprehensive when I placed the order. Be aware that the offer "Free Shipping" but that is a bit misleading. You have a choice to purchase insurance with the "Free Shipping" but then have an option to pay for other services. I chose White Glove Delivery at a cost of $200 The large television was delivered to the viewing room and then opened and checked that it was working by the carrier. For me the extra cost was worth it, although I could probably saved at least $100 by using an alternative. I would guess that iElectra is a virtual company with access to the manufacturers and is able to sell at "wholesale" prices. My only wish is that they were a bit more communicative during and after the purchasing process. Trustpilot may be enough to serve their purposes, but a few more direct contacts by them would have been appreciated. Bottom line: iElectra can save you money. But do your homework before buying.

Aug 26,2019Apparently the use pony express to deliver. It took two weeks and 1 day to get it. They also dont tell you upfront that they charge you insurance for free delivery. They are a disappoint and I will never do business again.

Aug 14,2019Bought a TV that they had listed as the lowest price. Got a phone call a few hours later that they needed to add "mandatory shipping insurance". Canceled the sale and bought the TV from somebody else who's list price was slightly more, but in the end was less expensive because there was no hidden secret shipping fee added to it. I don't like deceptive hidden fees

Aug 13,2019I ordered a soundbar and wasn't getting any notifications about the shipping status so I reached out via email on two occasions over two days getting no response. Therefore I called to get an update and when I finally reached someone they told me my order was canceled because they had the wrong price for the soundbar. It was listed at $425, the price I had purchased it for and they said it was supposed to be $499. So they canceled my order without telling me. Honest mistake but I feel they should have still honored the price it was sold at as it wasn't hundreds of dollars or something outrageous. So I asked if they would offer a slight discount for my inconvenience as it's an honest mistake on their part to post the wrong value but at the same time it's how they listed it and what I agreed to buy it for. That said I thought it was fair to meet in the middle. No such luck they offered nothing for their mistake other than "sorry we can't do anything". I gave 1 star because I actually received the soundbar. Very disappointed they didn't do the right thing but lets just say lesson learned.

Jun 30,2019I had bought a tv. Scheduled the delivery date and then I confirmed it between 4pm to 8pm. I took a day off from my work and they never showed up with the tv until the next day. The tv came great and works very well but they charged me for the hassle of the delivery which I lost a day off of work for no reason and had to call my son from his work to let the movers in with the tv the next day. The delivery ruined the experience unfortunately.
