May 08,2019I got a 65 inch Samsung Q9FN for $1825 from iElectrica. No shipping cost. No tax. Seemed too good to be true because the price was too low compared to other sites such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, and Samsung, but the TV came in a few weeks and works beautifully. I will definitely be getting my next TV from iElectrica.

May 06,2019I received no tracking information from the company. When the delivery company finally called to arrange delivery, they said someone would need to be there to accept the tv. They did not tell me that the oversized television would only be delivered to the end of my driveway-over 300 feet away from my house. Luckily, my husband had the day off, because my 85 year old father in law (or me) could have never gotten the tv to the house by himself.

May 04,2019I responded to an advertisement via Ebay for a Samsung 75" tv which provided free delivery. After placing the order I received a call from iElectrica and was told that there would be an additional charge of $177.49 for shipping insurance that would need to be covered. in addition, they sold me a 3 year warranty for $199.99, when I referred to the original advertisement I found that there was an offered 2 year warranty for $74.99, called back to cancel the 3 year warranty was given a difficult time canceling, they finally said it was canceled and my credit would show up in 3-5 days. After 7 or 8 days of the credit not showing up, I called the credit card company and put the charge in to dispute and had that part of the charge credited. Would I do business with iElectrica again, not likely!!!

May 03,2019They’re scammers basically. Their delivery company “AMTrucking” dropped and damaged my TV while they were “testing it” and I had stepped away to the other room. I didn’t notice until after they had left already. I called their claims literally 15min after. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and blamed the situation on me. Now iEletrica is refusing to send me a replacement or give me a refund when I spent over 2k on this purchase alone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT

May 01,2019I ordered this item on 4/2/19 and expected delivery with 5-8 days. It wasn't delivered until 14 days alter on 4/16/19. Ioelectra did not respond to my requests for an update on delivery.

Apr 21,2019Very good service. Before I bought my 82" QLED TV with this company, I ordered the same product with another company, and never heard back from it. I tried to call the company and nobody answered the phone. After I found eElectrica.com, I emailed it to ask whether it has the product I wanted. Almost immediately I received response back to confirm the availability of the TV. Then I called the company to speak to a person and asked him about 5-year warranty. He gave me the code and I found it on ebay and added it to my cart. After I ordered the TV, it was shipped very quickly and I received my TV in very good condition. Overall, it is very good experience.

Other than that the customer support and the price of my television were excellent. Friendly and nice customer service. A great product at a great price.
