I was concerned about the potential hassle when the tv was delivered damaged. The folks at iElectrica made the transaction painless. Set up the return pickup for the tv and shipped me a new one with no hassles. As for the tv, we absolutely love it and would recommend iElectrica for all electronic purchases.
Update: I received a call from iElectrica asking me to update my review because they felt 2 stars wasn't fair. I stated my case and that I felt I was 100% honest and accurate in my review, and the CSR kept me on the line for 20 minutes just arguing with me, telling me I was wrong. He's correct in that 2-stars is harsh if the only problem was shipping and that their website states the cost and time it takes. However, Trustpilot specifically calls out "rude conduct" in their 1-star rating description, so I'm tempted to actually lower the rating, rather than raise it. Trustpilot's description for 3-stars is "Acceptable experience, but with some friction", and overall, that's what I feel this actually was. So... the CSR's somewhat rude phone call paid off in me being a bit more accurate with the number of stars I gave, but the company has a lot more work to do in terms of the service they provide. Original review: The product arrived fine, but it took 2 whole weeks to reach me, they charged me shipping insurance about equal to what it would have cost me to ship the TV myself, and the service they use for shipping provides little transparency into when you'll receive your product. Finally, they set up a delivery window of 10am-1pm on a Saturday and showed up at 9am. Thank goodness I was already awake or I would have missed their call. In the age of amazon prime and other fast, transparent (and free) shipping options, this is just unacceptable. There were other options within $100-200 of what I paid, and I would have went with them had I known the shipping experience with iElectrica would be so bad.
Very polite when going over purchase and shipping policy. Received TV in about a week. The shipper they use was great. They reach you by phone and email to confirm. Take photos of condition of delivery to cover them as well as you. Over communicating is great in my eyes. Paying less than major retailers is a plus in my book. Thanks again.
A three star is defined as "acceptable experience but with some friction." Well, the experience was not acceptable, I did appreciate the friendliness of a couple of staff who called to follow up, including the first person who added shipping insurance cost (which I expected because this was spelled out on their website). However, I am very disappointed with the experience. I felt very let down that after a few months of research and price-tracking, I settled on iElectica's Q7 75" QLED TV and pulled the plug, only to have iElectrica inform me that they could not find a freight company that would deliver to NW Montana. I have purchased furniture for home and business from various companies with no deliver problem. But iElectrica could not find someone to deliver the television. Major disappointment, in this sense, but otherwise the salespeople were friendly. iElectric, you've got to figure out how to ship all over the USA. Wish the last salesperson, who called me to say that he would keep looking to find a shipper, would have actually looked and not just refunded me right away. Very disappointing, as I felt very discounted.
Very Good Whits Glove is a Big Wast of Money
Scam. Expect to be called and shaken down for money for fictional "Shipping Insurance" that "needs to be added to the order". After telling the guy that I'm not gonna do any such thing, it turned out that the shipping insurance was not in fact mandatory. Cancelled the order.

I couldn't be happier with my new tv than I am now. While it did take a little time for the shipping, the delivery company did a fine job and I received my item in perfect condition

Great place to buy a tv at a discount! I made my order for my Samsung 2018 flagship Q9fn 75" TV and 5 year extended warranty on March 22nd and I received it in perfect condition on April 1st! That's 10 days total from the day I made my order. The delivery people were professional. They brought my tv in and opened it up and plugged it in to make sure it worked and wasn't damaged, which is way better than just leaving it with me at the curb hoping that it works, which is the way my last 75" TV was delivered from a different retailer! If you order directly from their website like I did instead of their eBay store, IElectrica does charge a mandatory fee for delivery insurance that most people gripe about in the reviews, but even with that fee I still saved about 2 grand from what I would have paid for the same tv from best buy with 5 years of geek squad warranty!! That can't be beat in my opinion!! Plus you practically get white glove delivery included. I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future. Thank you Ielectrica for a good experience buying my tv online.
Had a tv delivered that the delivery company mishandled and as a result it never worked. Ielectrica hasn’t been very helpful in trying to rectify the situation. I feel they’ve kept putting me off and avoiding my calls or returning emails. They keep blaming the moving company, AM Trucking, but they won’t even return a call or engage in communication. I went with them because of the low cost, but that low cost came at a huge price: customer service and reputation. I’ve begun looking into taking both to smalls claims court. The lack of response from anyone is appalling.
