Mar 21,2019iElectrica is fine but the shipping company they use takes forever (AM Home Delivery). I ordered my TV on 3/4/19 and still don't have it yet on 3/21/19. They tried to deliver one day but that day didn't work for me and haven't heard back and its been a week since.

Mar 20,2019Best price on the internet for 82" Samsung QLED 6 that also included delivery. Delivered as promised. Answered all my questions and were immediately responsive to requests for receipts, etc. Also, suggested a company for a 5 year extended warranty for only$295.00. Great deal. My only complaint was the recommendation for the white glove service for $89.00. Was not worth the cost, and would not recommend it. Delivery guys opened the box, plugged the tv in to make sure it works and left. Wouldn't even put the legs on. Only advantage is if the tv doesn't work they will return and bring a replacement the next day.

Mar 19,2019I purchased Samsung's best 75" TV for $300 less than the next best offer and received it in just over a week. I took the "white glove' delivery option as it was also offered at almost half off and the first TV (from a different vendor) arrived damaged. This one arrive in good shape and it was removed from the box and tested by the delivery guys (they would have repacked it, taken it with them, and reordered if it had not been good). The person I spoke with from iElectrica was persistent in selling me the white glove delivery and an extended warranty but due to the reduced prices they were offering and the nature of the product, it was well worth the extra expense. I have been using the TV for several days now and am a happy customer.

Mar 13,2019I'm not a fan of not giving the true costs of something up front and online on the company's website. When you say "free shipping", normally vendors don't call you up for additional money for "mandatory insurance" to the tune of $188! Free shipping with other vendors is free! I cancelled my order when they called me to shake me down for more money (even though the net price including insurance was about $30 less than what I ended up paying) because I don't want to do business with folks I don't trust... and this, in my opinion, is an underhanded way of doing business. Had they advertised the true cost (which was $30 less), which other vendors do, I would have gone with them - but don't like nor trust folks that call you up to verify your address and then add additional mandatory costs to the order. I'm sure this obviously works for others (otherwise they would not do it) but I "made my stand" to fight against these tactics by moving my business elsewhere.

Mar 09,2019Great price and service, but they use AM Home Delivery and Trucking which was nerve-racking for delivery dates and time. It took 10 business day instead of 6 to deliver my TV. Then the delivery guys tried to convince me that the extra $150.00 that I paid for "White Glove Delivery" didn't include taking the packaging. I had to prove it to them before they did take it. iElectrica gets 5 Stars but AM Home delivery gets 3 Stars, overall rating is 4 Stars.

Mar 01,2019i ordered the Samsung Q7 75" and it shipped out the very next day. The order process was very easy and customer service called the next day to offer me a warranty and delivery plan at at discounted price. Once the tv arrived it was taken out of the box and inspected by the delivery people to insure the product was not damaged. Overall I am extremely happy with the TV and will definitely do business with iElectrica again.

And then the guy calls and try’s to up sell a white glove service for the delivery and what he didn’t know was that I had already spoke with the delivery company and that was part of the services anyway! I wouldn’t buy from them again. Used some cheap shipping company. The day the tv was delivered guys from Iowa showed up at my door in southeast Wisconsin and they received a phone call from their boss to pack up what they were doing. And head back home. Otherwise I still wouldn’t have the tv. Cause these guys had a large truck full of deliveries that were about to not make it !

It arrived early, and in perfect shape.One of my son in laws came to assist in placing it on the wall.Installing was easy, and the picture was perfect.....I am well pleased with the TV. The service and price at this company was excellent.I would do it again.

Feb 20,2019No issues with the purchase ... the delivery was very cumbersome! Delivery window was scheduled for 3:30 - 5:30 and the TV showed-up at 8:30. No issues with the TV ... the picture is beautiful!
