What a great company with truly excellent staff! I made an error with my order and the 'wrong' colour bed was delivered. It took just an email to them explaining the problem and within 2 days the delivery of a replacement (in just over 1 week) was arranged - no questions asked and at no extra charge. Beat that DFS!!!!! If you want a quality new bed you should buy from these guys.

A bit of a performance initially with the wrong sized mattress being delivered, followed by a difficult delivery time slot for us when the right sized mattress was delivered. All worked out in the end and a waived delivery fee helped smooth the path.

Very good service..mattress comfortable; I am still unsure what i bought as opposed to what was on the internet site for which i went into the shop. ; haven't bothered to work it out but the staff in the shop did not recognise the internet site names for the various mattresses, I discovered later that the manager was away and the person in situ was very lackadaisical about helping out and i was served by young inexperienced girl, but she did her best and it worked out. i think Warren Evans should check out the person who was in situ for the manager on holiday..he did nothing but harm to their reputation.

The service was excellent when I placed the order for my new Mattress. Everything happened when it was supposed to with no fuss whatsoever. The Mattress itself is fantastic. I'm a side sleeper and used to suffer from Hip pain. Not anymore. Also the mattress does not overheat you during the night which is another huge plus for me! Can't wait to get back to bed :-)

Very high quality frame. I ordered it online and it took 10 days to have it delivered. The both guys who assemble it was very polite and very fast! I would recommended it!

Waste of several hours of my time. You spend quite a bit of time looking through numerous websites to track down a new bed, you finally make a decision to use Warren Evans and then make a bed selection. You make your purchase, select your bed options, size, mattress, finish, and are offered delivery times and make your payment. I was offered an earliest date of Thursday 2nd November on their website after completing my options which I selected. I was a little confused to get a phone call the next day asking me to arrange a delivery date which I had already done. During the course of the conversations it appears there is a problem with their website, if you opt for a painted finish, which I did, it takes another day, which the website does not take into account when it offers you delivery options. I stated it's not exactly complicated to get the website to add another day to the delivery options when a painted finish is selected. The revised date didn't work for me, nor did the proposal of me selecting another finish, getting it delivered later, I appeared to be the one required to do the compromising here. It's my view that as the issue was with their website it was their responsibility to take steps to meet their commitment, I don't recall any apology, nor any mention of any goodwill gesture, only that they would feedback my comments to their website designers. I requested that the order be cancelled as I was not happy. The products looked nice and the lady on the telephone was very polite. Also, there are not enough photographs of the beds on the website, the colour of the bed should change subject to your selection, there should be more than photos of each bed from various angles, with and without bedding,

My experience was quick and easy, I felt confident in my decision as the store staff explained everything in detail. Delivery was exceptionally quick - 5 day turnaround! We thought we'd have to wait much longer. Bed was delivered and assembled and is perfect for our room. Mattress is comfy and we are very with our purchase. Warren Evans exceeeded over my expectations. Great service.

This is a really good company. We chose to buy 2 more beds having bought one about 6 years ago. Sadly we learnt that the company no longer delivered to Cornwall and we had to get them delivered to an address in Wales which was a relative’s house and get them back to Cornwall ourselves. We feel they are missing a lot of business by this policy.

Good experience overall especially for delivery and quality of product. However, the bed we ordered was much darker (Oak satin) than what we imagined based on the only image on the website. More pictures should be available on the website.
