Nov 07,2017The Shoreditch showroom is lovely and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. We were given all the help we needed and then left to make our decisions without pressure. Mattress is amazing, reasonable price for really good quality and the delivery guys were also professional, efficient and nice. All in all a really great shopping experience and would highly recommend to anyone buying a mattress.

Nov 06,2017The beds are very good value . . . in the half price sale! At full price, they're priced way above John Lewis/Habitat, which seems excessive. Having said that, the delivery and assembly service (included in the price) is excellent. I would certainly order again.

Nov 05,2017My bed was delivered with a split slat. My experience of trying to get this replaced fell far short of the level of customer service I expected to receive from Warren Evans. It took four attempts on my part before I finally got the slat replaced. My first attempt was ignored, it was followed by twice having the wrong size slat delivered before finally getting the right one fitted. I think part of the problem with the company is not having a centralised customer service. When you contact customer service, the call can be picked up by staff from any one of it's stores.

Nov 04,2017Appalling customer service from an assistant manager. Her rudeness beggars belief. Warren Evans responded to my written complaint - it was dismissive and unapologetic, seeking to infer the ‘misunderstanding’ was mine. We have bought 3 beds and furniture items from them and the products are good but the utterly offensive treatment by the company means I cannot recommend them to others. Shame on you Warren Evans.

Everything ran smoothly from ordering through to delivery and assembly and I would not hesitate to recommend Warren Evans.

Nov 02,2017I was very impressed with the service at Warren Evans in Enfield when purchasing my new bed. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and there was none of the typical 'trying to sell you something'. She had excellent product knowledge and provided fabric samples so I could make a decision in my own time; it was reassuring to have someone likes that. The bed was delivered on time and quickly assembled by the polite delivery staff. I'm very happy with the bed as I had looked around at multiple places, but nothing matched the quality, functionality or price. Very happy with Warren Evans and will definitely be looking here first.
