The colours and quality are absolutely fantastic, matching the promotional images perfectly with no discrepancies whatsoever. The value for money is remarkable, making it an excellent purchase. Moreover, the seller's response time was swift, and their patience and attentiveness in their replies were commendable. This level of service and product quality is truly commendable and highly recommendable. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future. An exemplary experience all around!

Feb 17,2024I received my beautiful Chinese elm tree from Yorkshire bonsai on Wednesday and the service has been second to none. The package arrived within 48 hours and was extremely well secured so the tree arrived in perfect condition. Paul was very helpful and is always on hand with any questions or concerns you may have about the care of your new bonsai. If you are thinking about getting yourself a bonsai tree I can't recommend Yorkshire bonsai enough.

Feb 17,2024I received a very beautiful surprise on my birthday last month of a Bonsai Chinese Elm - ordered from Yorkshire Bonsai by my friend. It arrived extremely carefully packaged and protected and looking very healthy. I am pleased to say it is still thriving! This Company are truly amazing and have a very high standard of customer service. It’s clear they really care about the way they manage their business. I found Paul to be enormously helpful. I’ve since asked him for advice and tips on the care of my Bonsai and received very useful information back. I can highly recommend the Company for the quality of their Bonsai trees, outstanding customer service and communication. They set the bar high and certainly fulfil it, going above and beyond in all that they do. If you’ve never bought a Bonsai before, this is a great place to start and make your choice. Have a go! You won’t be disappointed.

Feb 15,2024In February 2024, I tried out Yorkshire Bonsai for the first time to send a gift to a friend. Honestly, I was worried I'd mess it up, but the whole process was surprisingly easy. Well, almost. I accidentally put the same address for billing and shipping. A few emails back and forth with Paul sorted that out, though - he is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've encountered, going above and beyond for me to get the gift right. The package showed up within just 48 hours—way quicker than I expected—and everything was in perfect shape. Not a single leaf out of place, and the bonsai and vase/tray combo looked amazing. My friend was over the moon with her new bonsai. Great experience overall! I'll certainly be ordering more for friends and family in the future.
