May 03,2024Super happy with my goodies. First time user of YB site. Bonsai pots packaged exceptionally well. Excellent communication from ordering to delivery. Will be using again when I need more pots and tools and yes, I would recommend Yorkshire Bonsai.

May 03,2024I ordered a bonsai tree and some accessories through Yorkshire Bonsai for my sister’s birthday. The website is great and easy to navigate with a huge variety of trees clearly marked so you know what could be good for a beginner etc… I placed my order and was extremely happy with everything. There was a little hiccup around the delivery date but the email correspondence from Paul was personal and offered options that could help rectify the situation. I am excited for her gift to arrive as I have been looking after my own bonsai tree since Christmas and it’s a joy. I would certainly use them again, as if all goes well with my current tree I have eyed up another couple I would love.

Apr 15,2024Organised a gift from New Zealand for my sister who is now living in the UK. I knew I wanted a Bonsai I just didn't know which overseas company to trust...until I found Yorkshire Bonsai. I placed my order and suddenly realised the item was on backorder for just a few days. My sister was going overseas to Malta for her birthday and I didn't want the poor tree sitting outside her house in a box for the week. I messaged the company and they immediately put a hold on the order. They contacted me again when I forgot to write a birthday message in the card. Then they contacted again when confirming dispatch. Despite being on the other side of the world, our contact was better than many companies in my own country! My sister was overjoyed with her tree and showed me the amazing packaging, not a single leaf was bent. Box could have been thrown off a plane and still the tree would be intact. I highly recommend this excellent company with not only beautiful healthy products, but exceptional customer service.

Customer service is first class and answer and queries, honesty, precise and in an acceptable time frame. Highly recommended snd in time will search for another purchase

Mar 27,2024Leaving a review as my email has gone ignored so I’ve sent them another one, maybe leaving this review will get a push for a response and the help I’m looking for. When purchasing both of my bonsais, the delivery and everything was spot on, absolute 5 stars. The only questionable part was the trees looked a little sad, had lost some leaves but thought that’s okay, it’s unhappy it’s been in a box! Anyway, both trees have continued to lose leaves despite following the care instructions, and both have been totally bald for months now, no signs of life, no green under the bark. We‘ve spent over £100 on plants, foods and accessories- not something we can particularly afford to waste and have absolutely no intention of not taking good care of the trees after spending so much money!! If I’m provided with the advice I have been seeking and there is a resolution to both of our tree problems then I will update my review. I would also like to know if others have experienced these problems down the line as all reviews are based on initial delivery etc which I can admit, was good. However long term, I’m massively disappointed.
