WE have tried everything, CBT, hypnotherapy, counselling, the young vibes programme has been the only thing that worked. As parents you really have to be all in for this to work - but it really does work.
1. In this program you will first, as a parent, understand what anxiety disorder is and where it is coming from; what is most important in the whole program; this knowledge gives you relief and the feeling of being on the right track. 2. If you really want your child back you have to change behavior of the whole family 3. This program require full commitment and patience from child and parents 4. You need to be prepared that the recovery road is very bumpy, 5. Even if you choose program with a mentor from the team remember that you are first coach for your child 6. For those whose English is not the first language we can confirm the communication is very clear 7. As you can see from above, recovering from anxiety disorder is not easy, however we do not believe in quick solutions; they may only worsen the situation for a long time. 8. When we started the program with our child the positive results came very fast but to achieve complete recover long and consistent work is required 9. We can definitely recommend this program
This programme has really given our daughter and us parents tools to move on from our daughter having a generalised anxiety disorder that has massively impacted our whole family. It has of course required time, effort and us changing how we respond to the anxiety, but it's totally been worth it! The Young Vibes team are really supportive and have loads of practical advice that really works. They even managed to engage my daughter who has refused to engage with nearly everything else, amazing!
After unsuccessfully trying many different avenues to get support for our teenage sons, we saw an advert for Young Vibes and decided to give it a try. We are happy to say that we are so glad we did. At first, we were all skeptical as it almost seemed too good to be true, but our views quickly changed as our sons started to make progress within a short space of time. The program takes both child and parent on a journey together through portals, parent support and mentoring. These portals provide clear advice and understanding to both child and parent. These made so much sense from the beginning and explained how anxiety affects the physical body, gives clear steps to overcome crippling fear. Challenges are given at appropriate stages and our boys are starting to live their lives freely and confidently. We would highly recommend Young Vibes to anyone with an anxious child and will forever be grateful to the wonderful Sam and her dedicated team.
This is a radical change to traditional therapy but it worked! The team supporting my daughter were pitched at exactly the right level to get her to engage and feel supported. As parents, we always knew where we were in the process and had Davina's fantastic support. The fact that this is a two pronged system meant we all felt supported and informed throughout.
Our 11 year old son started the Young Vibes programme at a very low point, unable to leave the house, go to school, engage with friends or relatives and in a constant state of heightened anxiety and agitation, due to previous school issues. Together with my wife, they learned all about why the anxiety was making him feel this way and not to be afraid of it and that his body had just reset to a new normal with constant high adrenaline, which was making him feel so awful. Once he understood this and the fear diminished, he was able to build up to doing some frequent challenges, that he wanted to do, and was eventually able to go out and about again and enjoy meeting friends. He had his life back! It took time, hard work, patience and so much practice and we as parents had to change our approach, so as to not feed into the anxiety and give it attention. It affects the whole family, so we all feel eternally grateful that we found the Young Vibes team. Now, whenever there are bumps in the road of life, we know how to overcome them and move forward in a positive direction and not let the anxiety back in.
Our 14 year old son had been struggling with attending school for a long time and at the beginning of March developed severe school anxiety resulting in him being unable to go in at all. Our school weren’t particularly helpful and we were at a complete loss how to help our son. Then an advert popped up on instagram for an anxiety recovery course which I took as a sign from above! We signed up for the 10 week programme, slightly worried about the cost but desperate to try and help our boy. The parent sessions were very emotional and it was such a relief to know we weren’t the only ones struggling. Even though we all had very different situations the advice given to others was often useful to us too. Our son’s mentor, Guy, was absolutely brilliant and really connected with him. I was worried our son wasn’t going to engage with him but he did. I am in no doubt, without Guy, our son would still be stuck at home. We were a bit concerned that at one point the course wasn’t going to work but something clicked in week 10 and our son made it into school! We are 2 weeks past the end of it and he is still managing to go in for some lessons everyday and even did a whole day yesterday. The fact you, as parents, have to learn about anxiety and address your own behaviour is also a key factor in the success of the course. I dropped a star just because we haven’t had a follow up as parents after completing the course, which I think should be automatic.
We can't recommend Young Vibes enough! In just a matter of weeks our daughter, and our family, have completely changed. Our story isn't original, but that didn't make it any more terrifying to watch our gorgeous 14 year old's life become smaller by the day. She stopped attending school and spent most of her time in her room. She told us she hated her life and stopped doing the things she loved. The lowest point for us was when leaving the house to treat her to a milkshake in town resulted in a panic attack before even leaving the driveway. We feel so lucky that an ad popped up on Facebook. I was sceptical, wondering how this 'magic' formula could work. We had followed advice from medical professionals, school and a private counsellor...everything had made things worse. I did my due diligence, and read up on the company. I learned about their history, and saw the nastiness on Mumsnet. But nowhere did I see anyone that had actually tried it and failed. We had a brief, and inspiring, conversation with Sam and then bit the bullet. It is honestly the best money we have ever spent. It's not been plain sailing, and there have been some really low points. We have all had to learn a different way of interacting. The parent drop-in sessions have been invaluable. I cried at the first one, just feeling not alone for the first time in months. Davina is endlessly patient and kind, giving guidance to parents when they are struggling. Sabrina, our daughter's mentor, made a connection with her quickly through a shared interest, and then somehow instilled ideas in her purely by using her easy, friendly approach. Our daughter listened to her, and since then her confidence has grown and grown. A few months ago she could barely leave the house. Yesterday we returned from a week away canoeing on a river. No phones. No make-up. No hiding. And she told us she didn't want it to end. She is smiling, funny and kind. Sam told us at the beginning that we would get our daughter back. She was wrong-we have got a better version and are thrilled to see what she is now becoming. We are not 'there' yet. Going into lessons is still a hurdle she is yet to overcome, but for the first time we all feel confident that that is possible. Sam...the buzz is now hers. We are no longer denying it to her. Take the plunge. Put your big girl pants on and enjoy the ride!!!
Helpful & Friendly staff A lot of useful pieces of advice!!!! Due to my busy schedule, I didn't manage to attend many sessions but whenever I attended, I learned something and when I applied that learning, it worked. I still want to attend sessions to keep on the track. My daughter though never watched any videos and whatever she learned was through me. The experience of DIY sessions was great and worked. I strongly suggest these sessions for everyone who struggles with their children's anxiety. I never realized before that parents should reflect & change first & this is the basic lesson I learned on this platform.
I was literally at breaking point and have tried numerous things to help my daughter. I saw Young Vibes by chance on social media and thank god I did! The home hub for parents is so helpful and gave me knowledge to help her move forward. Sabrina her mentor has been amazing. We have a long way to go but I have seen changes in my daughter that I honestly didn't think I would ever see. I can't thank you all enough.
Young Vibes really helped both myself and my husband and our daughter to understand what happens to our bodies when we are feeling anxious, that these feelings won’t hurt us and how to manage them. They gave us the knowledge and the tools to move forward. The team were dedicated and steadfast in their beliefs and convictions. They helped our daughter to take control of her life again.
The program and formula the company offers is really effective. The videos and live zoom sessions are extremely helpful, especially listening to other parents and relating to their lives. Our mentor Ashley was brilliant and everything said made sense. My child still has a way to go but I have seen a small difference and my approach as a parent has change which has help with my daughter’s anxiety I would highly recommend.
Amazing service. Mentors are awesome. So many light bulb moments. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this organisation as their support and insight is outstanding, it’s changed our family for the better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
An update on my last review! It’s been 5 months since our family finished our sessions with young vibes! I still feel it was the best thing I could have done for my child and our family. My life was a living nightmare, tantrums, meltdowns, school refusal negativity, anxiety 24/7 . No one could help and I tried so many avenues. Young vibes was my last resort. I gave it 100% commitment, attended as many sessions a day as possible and yes it paid off!! My son now wakes up happy, smiling, walks to school every day with his friends and is enjoying life to the full. His positivity amazes me and he looks to the future. We now have a wonderful relationship and a very happy home, which was lost until young vibes came on board! Please if you and your child is suffering take the plunge and give them a call.
I've never felt so compelled to write a review. On completing The Young Vibes course I'm left feeling so many emotions - overjoyed, eternally grateful, empowered, disappointed, frustrated, desperately sad and passionate (all of these are positives by the way!) Overjoyed - that I found the course, and it inspired me to sign up. That it is basic, common sense, yet no one has thought of it before. That we are now anxiety free for the future - not just my son, but his generational links to anxiety, being myself and my mum. Eternally grateful - that there are people in the World who have researched and prepared this pioneering approach and can share it with us, in such an easy to follow format that takes you down a completely different path than you've been down before. Empowered - to learn about our bodies and why we feel anxiety and what to do about it to change the way forward. Disappointed - that we didn't find this approach earlier. That we've had to suffer because it isn't taught anywhere else - not at the GP, at CAMHS, not at other therapy, nowhere. It is not difficult, yet everywhere else just wants to put a sticky plaster over the symptoms of anxiety. Get to the root of why your body functions like this, change it and your done. That makes it sound overly simple, it does take hours of work and time and full commitment. No one else can do it for you, you are responsible for it - you get out what you put in. Frustrated - that this information is not taught in schools, by the NHS or anywhere. No one else is nipping anxiety in the bud. Everyone should have this information and hopefully one day they will. Desperately sad - that others who need it may not find this help, may decide not to do it, can't afford it, or may read the bad reviews and make a decision based on that. But it seems that the people who left those reviews hadn't actually done the course, so not sure they are qualified to comment. The bad reviews claimed that some other reviews are left by people who work at Young Vibes - I don't, but I feel so passionate about this now that I wish I did!!
We signed up with Young Vibes in June 2023. We had hit rock bottom, our 11year old daughter's anxiety was terrible. She was having melt downs, didn't want to eat, couldn't sleep or go to school. All aspects of our day to day lives were miserable, we had all climbed into the misery pit together. Our GP was only offering CAMs, autism tests and psychotherapy - we felt none of these routes were right. Out of the blue a friend sent me a link to a Young Vibes presentation and it struck a real chord. Everything they talked about was what we were experiencing - finally someone knew how we felt. It is a huge commitment and a lot of money, we felt we were taking a big risk, but it was the best decision we have ever made. The whole team at Young Vibes have been amazing, their approach to understanding anxiety, how and why it takes hold is just brilliant. We all now understand how to manage things so much better, small changes and shifts in reactions have made such a huge amount of difference. They have given my daughter the tools to get through the each day and overcome the things that make her anxious. It's taken hard work and a lot of commitment from the whole family, but going through their program has meant we are all in a totally different and happy place. We have just returned from an amazing family holiday, we had the odd blip but we were able to manage these calmly and happily! We know that the team are always there to help us. We can't thank you enough!
My teenage daughter is about 2 thirds of her way through the Young Vibes programme and her anxiety has almost completely gone. She engaged so well, and I am now seeing the happy, funny, confident young woman that she was supposed to be before the anxiety disorder took hold of her. Having got nowhere with CAMHS, and before Young Vibes, I saw a bleak future for her, but not now. The Young Vibes programme also teaches the parents, so thoroughly, all about anxiety, so as parents you will have the knowledge and confidence to respond to your child in the the most positive way. The team are always there for you when you need them, and from my experience, I will never be fearful of anxiety again! The knowledge and skills you learn will stay with you forever.
It bloody works! I really am shocked that it actually worked! We’ve tried EVERYTHING with our daughter, so many different types of therapies etc. but this has blown our minds! The small changes started with her walking to the loos on her own in a restaurant, walking to the bin to put rubbish in, in front of a bench full of people… to now jumping on a bus or walking into town on her own…. I am so bloody thankful for these guys, we actually have our daughter back who is no longer crippled with anxiety! She’s such a happy girl now… And we’re so proud of all her achievements so far to overcome anxiety. 🥹
I am a professional working for the Mental Health Services in the the NHS. When our 10 year old son started struggling with anxiety, I believed I could help him but definitely that the system would help him, I just needed to get him seen. We went through GP, CHUMS and various self-help anxiety tools and books. He had daily sessions with pastoral teams at school but his anxiety got worse, not better. His anxiety caused him to run and he was often running out of class and out of school putting himself in danger. He had such severe headaches, it caused him to vomit. He was unable to stay in a room to even discuss the issues as his flight reaction was so strong. He was hitting his head against the wall and said it was so bad he just wanted to die. We were desperate. After escalation we got seen by staff in CAMHS but joined Young Vibes as we lost faith that CAMHS could help. CAMHS said we cannot help your son if he doesn't stay in the room. Young Vibes said don't worry, we will get him to engage with us - he gets his own child mentor. CAMHS said we can see him once every two weeks. Young vibes said we will see him every day. CAMHS said as parents we need to do more to support him. Young Vibes said step away, relax, we have your son and we will help. CAMHS said we will need to do some tests for Autism, ADHD and OCD. Young Vibes said we know what is going on and we can fully recover your son, you don't need any other labels. As parents we said we were exhausted and anxious ourselves. CAMHS said we will focus on the child. Young Vibes said we support all of you and we will recover you as parents first. When we joined Young Vibes, we were at rock bottom as a family and we did not trust anybody. Joining Young Vibes was a desperate act and the best one we ever did for us as a family. We are nearly through the whole program and my son has stayed at school for the last half-term with no desire to run. He goes to school happily and we have joy back in our lives. Yes, it cost money but we would have paid twice the amount for the support we received. This program is not easy and it requires time, commitment and full trust in the Young Vibes team but the results are life changing. They gave us the courage to make the changes we needed to make to get our lovely sensitive and creative son back and gave him the tools to fight anxiety for life. We told CAMHS we don't need them anymore. CAMHS asked how to refer to Young Vibes?

Jun 24,2023This whole experience has made a big difference to us and our lives. Whilst not a “quick fix” (they don’t profess to be one!), it is hard work and it takes effort and commitment. We still have dips and lapses but we know how to deal with things now. Sarah has been amazing… a wonderful support for our daughter. There were times our daughter wanted to talk and times when she didn’t but Sarah was the same … always cheerful, reassuring and easy to chat to. Davina & Sam were always there for us, and answered our questions and worries straight away and with calming reassurance. Can’t thank you enough.
